Before Cirrus, I would manually have to connect my incoming and outgoing emails with customers to Salesforce or remember to put in extensive notes. With Cirrus, my emails are automatically synced to the contat record and/or account for anyone who is already a contact in our system, which makes my life much easier. If they're not already a contact, I'm also able to create a record from the Cirrus side panel within Outlook. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It has 'crashed' or closed out several times since the start of using it and I would have to login or make sure emails were synching at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a brand new user to this platform, it was an somewhat easy transition from our previous platform (Outreach). At first, this platform didn't seem to work with syncing my emails with SFDC, but after taking some time to look into the settings, I quickly realized it was user error and not something within the platform. While only using it for about a month, I can't find anything negative to say. It appears to be a great solution to those looking at a more economical option versus some of the giants in this space. I would maybe add a checklist for new users to go through so they don't make errors like I did by not fully looking at my settings when first setting up my account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Speed to installation (such as it is, a few clicks and you're up and running!), ease of use, reliable Salesforce tracking and integration, and email templates. These all have saved our team countless hours and kept our accounts and contacts updated. The customer success team has also been absolutely fantastic from the start. We always feel well supported and are impressed by turnaround time and level of engagement if we have to ask for assistance (rarely for the tool and mostly to add or change users, which they do without complaint even though I think it's a self-service model!) Every once in awhile the Chrome extension conks out, but that's as likely a Chrome issue as it is a Cirrus Insight issue. Not really a complaint as much as a note to share. It is definitely not a detractor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I used Cirrus Insight for syncing my emails with Salesforce as my enterprise edition does not provide those services out of the box. I tried other tools and settled on Cirrus Insight as it worked flawlessly in the background. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As I use Outlook as my primary email tool on the Mac. It does take time to load on the sidebar sometimes. Also, I can't jump ship to Apple Mail as they don't have any plugins to manually file emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Cirrus helps with setting meetings with prospects and connecting all our email conversations into our CRM (Salesforce). It's very helpful with those processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is a little bit wonky design wise and always logs me out. I wish those two things were fixed. The connection to email for auto logging sometimes doesn't work as it should, it only logs every days as far as synch goes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Greatly assists with scheduling appointments with clients & prospects, linking directly with both Outlook calendar as well as SalesForce CRM Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When I am sending suggested meeting times, it would be nice if I could specify if it was a phone, zoom, or in-person when those are options in the calendar type. I really don't want to triple the calendar types I have when it seems like I should be able to select the type & duration for the suggested appointments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really value the email syncing features directly with Salesforce. I can see Opportunity data right in my inbox and sync an email to a Contact or Opportunity with ease! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes it says the email had been opened before I send it. It also calculates when I open the email as if the receiver had opened it. And it also doesn't distinguish between emails and email threads. It basically calculates any email opening with the receiver as it being opened. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Using the automated tools to track and manage emails, activities, and contacts without having to manually click everything in CRM is a game changer for me. I know it sounds trivial but when you're in the flow and stopping to record everything means you lose momentum it matters! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
