It syncs all Google Calendar Events (with customization) into Salesforce very nicely. Will definitely use it again! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Email filters are a little tricky to learn, but they work well! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that you can see all the contacts on an email right on the sidebar, although the old version of ZynBit did it much better. The new version makes you have to do an extra step of clicking on the "_[#]__ more contacts" button in order to actually see all the contacts on that email. I ike that you can also create a task reminder in Outlook that is linked to the task in Salesforce. Other email integrationn appas don't offer that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike the new bugs that causes a pop-up on every email to open up that says "Error syncing contacts." There is no error -- all the contacts are there -- but if you are like me and normally start typing right after you hit "reply" on an email, you will get frustrated that you can't type a response without closing that popup box or clicking into the body of the email. No other sidebar integration I have tried does that. It's very annoying. Also, ZynBit does not seem to work with Enhance Email in Salesforce (it keeps replacing Contact names with one of my sales reps names and they can't seem to fix it). It also does not bring in the Account for a contact, even though the two are associated in Salesforce. I have to manually enter a lot of that information that other sidebar integrations, like Cirrus Insight, automatically do.
Furthermore, their help is very slow (seems to only be one person), blames Salesforce often for many of their developers' shortcomings instead of actually trying to fix the problem, and I still have several questions I sent to their Help desk unanswered after more than a week. Other email integrations, such as Cirrus Insight, look much nicer and work much better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having the ability to see when important emails are opened and when links are clicked is a very valuable feature. Also, the app notifies me in real-time of these instances. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The system occasionally gives a false positive thinking that a link has been clicked, even when the email hasn't been opened. Additionally, during VPN use while working from home, it doesn't work unless we use Firefox. The Chrome extension has been broken for a while. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best thing about Cirrus insight is that I rarely notice it is there. It has become a seamless part of my daily work, it tracks my activity in my companies CRM under the correct accounts and contacts and monitors my email read and response rates which helps direct my future efforts. It also plugs into Gmail seamlessly and improves my email experience by following up email chains and setting reminders for future events and travel plans. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Occasionally the plug-in bar may disappear at the top of my screen, but it is usually rectified by refreshing the page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The email tracking and logging with SalesForce helps me keep on top of my customer pipeline while informing my team of every communication that takes place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At times there have been issues developed around new releases, but that's somewhat expected with new things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the reminders and send later feature. I work with a lot of customers and cant remember all of the things I need to follow up on myself. I love how I can bounce an email back after a week to ensure my customer received it and ask if they have any questions. It allows me to save time, and be customer first.
I also love the ability to share my calendar avails with the click of a button. Its great that it updates on its own, once a meeting is booked or a time slot is taken.
Connecting my client emails to SFDC is also very valuable Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some times can glitch, but thats okay, that happens with all technology Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that cirrus gives us the ability to sync everything so that logging things like emails no longer take extra unnecessary time. We used to spend to much time trying to keep SalesForce up to date (which often meant it wasn't), now that process happens in the background! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In general I dont have any real complaints of cirrus at this time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The software is extremely flexible as to how it works with other systems like Salesforce. It is all clean looking and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is nothing to really dislike. We have had a few connectivity issues with Salesforce, however they have jumped right on it and fixed it almost immediately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Insights Cirrus provides are great - it is super valuable to know whether my prospects/clients open my emails and/or even click on the links I shared. This is probably the one thing I value the most about their offering. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've had tons of technical issues with Cirrus Insights and I have to reconnect Salesforce on a regular basis. Usually about once a month it stops working without any notification, my emails are not being logged anymore and I have to re-install the integration. Consumes a lot of time and is quite frustrating Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Cirrus integrated with Salesforce well and logs all activity very easily. This allows for a unified method for all users to stay on top of logging their information in the CRM. The template settings for emails and the ability to populate from Salesforce CRM criteria is also fantastic. Scheduling meeting for Google Calendar is also a good feature as well. Sometimes the Gmail extension is a bit glitchy. Other times it will double log emails and things of that nature. The gmail extension also tends to lag, and the tracking for gmail does sometimes seem to have wrong data. For example, I know someone read one of my emails, and then a totally different email says that it was opened and replied to. When I know, for a fact, that it was not that email that was opened and replied to.
Sometimes the platform will just crash on the gmail extension for no reason. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
