I believe the email opening tracking could work better! I would like to see specifically who has opened my email and who hasn't when sending an email with a lot of recipients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This is a platform that helps in the adoption of SalesForce, allows users to obtain more strength and solidity in sales. It has a mapping sync and automation so that the records are linked to the correct Salesforce records. It is easy to use and configure, its interface is clean and organized, it allows you to navigate in the best way and to be able to use the inbox without the need to start, It is also nice how the tools are incredibly coupled so I like the tools. Our results and experience with this platform have been good, we have not presented any problems or complaints, however it has had small failures or errors that at the time did not allow us to perform the best possible performance and we lost valuable time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to work in email and Salesforce at the same time. Oh! don't forget about documents. Having the option to add docs attached to email to Opportunities, Contacts, Accounts and custom objects is a must have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Its light to add to your desktop and can be updated / restarted quickly. The app is easy to learn how to use initially and the sidebar is designed to quickly update data in Salesforce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It only works with Chrome currently. While the support team is very fast to respond, the extension needs to be refreshed every few days for the sidebar to work as expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My favorite feature and the one I use the most is the tracking of emails. Since my job relies on 90% of email exchange knowing when it was open and if the links were clicked are extremely useful for me. I also like that everything is recorded automatically to SalesForce which saves me a lot of time. As a Cirrus Admin for my company, I am always excited to share new features with our sales force. Our account manager and Support is always top-notch & quick to provide detailed resources and trainings. Cirrus continues to increase the efficiencies of our sales people, provide good insights with the SFDC integration & a clean meeting scheduling tool. I love the functionality of Cirrus. Being able to track email opens, link clicks, and timing when an email gets sent out is incredibly useful. In my current role, I am constantly engaging with individuals across the energy sector and as a result, I need a way to keep track of my engagements and send out those engagements efficiently. I find that cirrus is occassionally glitchy. When I have tried to create a campaign, the links will take 20+ minutes to generate and at the end, they won't even have a send option. This has happened to me a few times with campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When you use the template you can't use hyperlink and we need to use the Gmail suite to have a Cirrus Insight connected. When Cirrus disconnect unexpected and we need to log in again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love being able to schedule follow up emails as they are critical to me when I need to check in on where things are at with a client. I also love the ability to send meeting schedules for the recipient to choose from, however, I don't use it as often as I should. The ability to choose email templates is also really valuable as it is shared across many of our teams and is useful for my support team for receiving vital information. I would like a Zoom integration with the meeting schedule so I don't have to do that after the fact which is oftentimes why I don't use it. The tracking of emails can often be unclear for me to understand who actually opened the email for multiple recipients.
