I am really enjoying Cirrus Insight features to use templates for my multiple work emails. It saves me a lot of time when I try to contact multiple clients through individual emails but for similar reasons. It also can send multiple simultaneous emails to all of them using a feature called Campaigns. And if you are using a CRM like Salesforce, it also allows you to sync your emails with Salesforce and add contacts directly from Gmail. Oh, I believe that I forgot that you could sync it with Gmail too. And it allows you to track your email from Gmail using the Cirrus Dashboard integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Cirrus Insight has a feature called Follow Up Reminder that analyzes your wording and lets you know if you need to contact someone to request an update. Salesforce Integration is a little choppy sometimes, and you need to remove your account and sync it again for it to start working again. And if you are using Cirrus with multiple Gmail accounts on your web browser, make sure to sync only your work email to it. Apart from this, there is not much to dislike regarding this software solution. I really encourage anyone that is looking for something like this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Scheduling emails in the future - this was a disaster at first but seems to be better
Automatically linking emails in SF - I think it works
Ability to create dynamic links to attachments, attach.io - would be amazing if people were comfortable clicking on links
Automatically linking calendar appts in SF seems to work but who knows

When modifying templates in Cirrus the font, both type and size get messed up and the minimal selection and sensitivity to font selection - this was a major issue for awhile, doesn't seem as bad these days
Cirrus Does not export HTML emails from SF nor does it export attachments included in SF, always have to reattach templates, which is a real problem with running campaigns, one has to use attach.io and everyone is afraid to click on links.
Changes in SF email templates not immediately reflected in Cirrus - this seems to have been corrected
Good but not great in parsing out contact info and company info when new contact sends an email.
Cirrus has been talking about having one click calling since I started using it in 2014 but have yet to do it.
Technical support usually takes a long time to solve issues or get back to you and they sometimes forget when there are technical issues or one has questions.
Contact Sync is awful, I can never tell if it's working or not and I have to refresh my browser multiple times per day but even then I don't think it's working as I am constantly finding that contacts in SF are not in gmail
Attach.io in concept is an amazing tool but everyone is afraid to click on links these days thus sending links isn't a solution.
Various functions lock up the computer, various parts of the program crash
I spend an excessive amount of time reaching out to tech support defeating the purpose of the time-saving benefits of the product.

Syncing and tracking emails in Salesforce shows me who, when, and how they are opened and alerts me on my desktop. One-click allows me to sync my emails to Salesforce. Using my Gmail contacts within Salesforce is also an option. It's fantastic to have a meeting scheduler in your email! I have entirely changed the way I schedule meetings by sending over time slots and having the other person click on time, and it automatically adds them to my calendar. The best part I like about this is, I was using a chrome extension which helped to sync with the Salesforce. Whatever activities which I get to work on this is Stored in Salesforce and helps me to track all the day to-day activites. I can also sync all my emails and calendar. The program is excellent to promote good productivity and have good management of email resources. I like the support because it helps me to set up a whole network of frequent updates to keep the software in optimal conditions. One of the best features of this program is that it allows you to record what happens with your email attachments. Understanding how your customers interact with them lets us know what strategies are most effective during campaigns, getting immediate feedback and improving as quickly as possible, allowing us to always be on top of our customers' needs and tastes. Although it is an excellent application, it has certain flaws and performance issues. Nothing that cannot be accommodated and although it can be annoying when it happens, it is not something that affects the productivity or efficiency of the program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The easy of use with the automatic logging emails into Sales Force and being able to see their clicks Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would be nice to customize the side bar. What I would like to see is when the next task is and what it is about. As well as edit capabilities because the email might change this task date, what needs to be done for the task or close the task. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I have liked most since we implemented Cirrus Insight is how well it has synced with our CRM to make it even more useful and make our job easier, we have been able to adapt it to our processes, especially sales to make it easier to extract information from email conversations for our Salesforce.
