Its basic functionality. It tracked some email engagement and allowed me to send out and schedule campaigns to groups of contacts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We had issues with emails not tracking or tracking incorrectly. The UI is not very user-friendly/intuitive, requiring you to cancel the campaign if you want to make any alterations and start over again rather than modify it. I think Cirrus Insights is an integral email tracking solution. It's got all the features and solutions that I need to keep track of all my email communication. It links across different apps and makes it easy for all of us in the company to document the communications that we have with our clients. I love the cancel email after the sent feature, sometimes I put in the incorrect sender and I realized until I sent the email but I still can cancel it. That's wonderful. I would say that there are certain advanced features that I have not used because I don't what they are about. Maybe having a box explaining features or a redirection to a help center could help us understand all features and functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Being able to quickly and effectively see information about the contact based on Salesforce is a game-changer. I also like the fact that all communications with the client can be added very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The application is sometimes buggy. I can't truly say that it may be the application only, perhaps it may be that my computer is not up to the task. It would be nice to know what the optimal requirements would be for the application to function flowlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The tool is native to salesforce and compatible with the Gsuite, which we are using internally. The UI is clean; everything gets synced to salesforce with minimal action from the sales team. It's kind of like a layer over your inbox which communicates with your CRM directly. It is way better than than Salesforce's own competitive tool Salesforce Inbox which itself powered by Cirrus. I like how I can batch send my customer lists via specific email drip campaigns that I create in Salesforce. It allows me to address prospects and leads efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'm not fond of the error rate in the GMAIL integration. The tools are powerful, but they seem to have a 5% fail rate, wherein there are just random unexpected errors several times a week. Sometimes it's nothing. Other times, the integration isn't working. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that it is easy to use and is customizable for what you want to track and have rollover into salesforce. Also being able to quickly see client information just by hovering over their email is a huge plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
