What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

Overall a good product that helps with team efficiency and productivity. There are many different tools to use and very helpful. Overall really enjoy the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cirrus Insight?

Not much to complain about when it comes to cirrus. One thing that could improve is the calendar. I would also wish that the email blast works better than it currently does. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cirrus Insight solving and how is that benefiting you?

Saving emails/ tracking through Salesforce. It does this automatically and helps the team in productivity. We generally use the feature in gmail that allows our team to work through one system rather than constantly going to salesforce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

Syncing CSMs emails in Salesforce for client interaction and making sure our team is actively engaged with their portfolio. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cirrus Insight?

Sometimes the syncing is delayed and the emails don't always gets pushed to Salesforce so we have to do a manual push of the data and thus it makes our team look like they are not as engaged as they actually are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cirrus Insight solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used to have to manually log emails to Salesforce using the SF google plug in but that wasn't always accurate and took precious time to make sure things were logging correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

We love using it to add communication to Salesforce. This allows us to track interactions and log that communication quickly and effectively. Very handy for allowing multiple users to interact with one case file. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cirrus Insight?

We log the communication directly within a case file instead of a contact. This is possible with this program but it does require a few extra clicks for the user. Not automatic finding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Customers sometimes communicate directly with an individual service rep. That service rep is able to upload or log that communication directly into Salesforce for tracking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It would be nice if there was a feature to allow a Cadence of emails to be sent automatically as a competing option against Salesforce sales engagement which is quite expensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
