Certain has allowed us to take our registration form and customize it depending on what class we are offering. I find it easy to use for both our students and staff. I was very resistant on moving to a database that lived in the cloud, but have had no issues with breech of information. We have used Certain for several years and their customer service/support is responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I don't like about the database is we were not able to merge our existing database of students with the new. Since Certain deletes user information after a certain about of time, we no longer have access to that's students’ information.
We have had a couple of issues with the look of forms that support has not been able to resolve for us, but we can still generate them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Easy interface, great customer support, training modules, and intergration between Certain and Salesforce is super helpful! Love the dashboard view where I can see how many customers are signed up for a list of multiple trainings in one view. Reports are easy to customize with whatever you want them to show. Areas where you to need to go to make do something or make changes doesn't always make sense- or takes too many clicks to find or make an edit. Certain software is very robust and functional. We have learned many different ways to make it sing and present our clients with websites and registration sites to meet their (sometimes very challenging) needs. I appreciate the ease with which we can access the HTML and CSS code to create displays and registration forms that are (now) responsive. The app was very intuitive and very admin friendly. I was able to make changes very quickly during the event. The implementation process was simple. I had an onboarding call and was good from there. The account management team has been very supportive. Certain has an off-hours support chat helpline which made it very convenient if I had a question. The app can be used for different types of events, however what I appreciate the most about the app is that it can be a straight meeting app which is what i was looking for. I've found other apps to be built for large trade shows or conferences and retro fitted to be used as a meeting app. There is a lot of functionality that is lost when an app is rtrofitted to be something that it's not. It's an easy to learn platform and it provides the specifics regarding guest emails, edits, changes, etc. It allows customization.

We''ve used Certain for years and one of the great things is the low turnover with account management and tech support. We have been able to adapt the application for all our events of all sizes and types. I like best that I can figure most things out myself, but they've been quick to reply and assist as needed. Certain is incredibly flexible. Their logic applies to nearly every section making customized registration flows very easy. I also love that we can inject code to specific pages and sections. The Certain event platform has been a reliable foundation for our event management for a long period of time. It consistently allows us to manage registrations, build out our event programs, and manage attendee check-in. It has enabled us to successfully manage the in-person and hybrid events that we hold over the course of each year.
