LOTS OF REPORTS AND CUSTOMIZATION. THE SUPPORT STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY. THERE ARE MULTIPLE WAYS TO NAVIGATE TO COMMON FUNCTIONS YOU MIGHT USE AS WELL AS CUSTOMIZE YOUR DESKTOP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CDK?

The support staff is very friendly, and their hours of service are great, but the process of drilling down to the correct department for your concern is very cumbersome. What do you like best about CDK?

I can run several reports relevant to my position, customer service is pretty accessible if I have any user issues, the service is very stable, and the user interface is very nice as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CDK?

It is very cumbersome to cut and process POs. It takes several seconds for the screen to load, which can be time-consuming when cutting purchase orders in bulk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CDK?

I like that it is very easy to clock in and out of CDK, and seeing your time clock for this week or the weeks before and after is made available too. On the payroll side, CDK is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike how finicky it can be. for example, when taking a payment and making a receipt on CDK it is extremely difficult to go back. Control + 6 does not always work. It's also hard to exit a tab without shutting everything down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
