"CDK is the best DMS for Automotive Accounting"

What do you like best about CDK?

CDK is my absolute favorite DMS to work on. I have worked on others and none are as easy to use as CDK. CDK allows you to dial into any account you are looking out, so you dont have to go to multiple screens, you can see where the data came from, just by double clicking on an account or amount.

Financial reporting is also very nice to use, you can double click any account to see what accounts all belong in that line, as you know, there are a lot more accounts then lines on the financial, so you can have multiple accounts in one, and to get the accurate details Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CDK?

What do you dislike about CDK?

There is a lot I dislike about CDK drive and now that there are more approved vendors with our manufacturer I am looking to possibly move away from cdk. I dislike the prices they charge. The convoluted invoices with little explanation of what they are for. I dislike the proprietary printers that cost 10 times what a normal printer costs and the fact you have to buy paper from them at a large premium. I dislike how there is no representative to talk to, and the program needs an update. Also I need to purchase another program that aggregates data from CDK to generate web based financial reports.
