It makes everything so easy, and keeps track of everything in one place. Before there was constant bouncing around when posting jobs and trying to remember who had applied on what site. CareerPlug simplifies all of that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't have any negatives about CareerPlug. It is a great tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Its been great taking the challenges of hiring and making it more of a process and less about a gut feeling on a candidate. CareerPlug has helped our franchises to look for good employees consistently but without exerting all the effort they were going through before CP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Once we launched CareerPlug, the ongoing support is a little slow. It sort of feels like they have moved on to launching the next client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

From an IT perspective, CareerPlug has been very easy and intuitive in setup and implementation. They have a Forms feature so you can upload your own documents, add digitally fillable fields and signature areas, and eliminate the paperwork almost entirely from your hiring and onboarding processes. Going digital has saved us literally hours and days worth of time on paperwork.
Also, I cannot say enough good about the support team at CareerPlug. Their response time is exceptional—often within a couple hours, and always the same day. For every question or support issue I’ve had, they have provided a timely solution, and often solved the problem for me instead of simply pointing me in the right direction. They are currently overhauling their interface and adding features, so their support documentation is lacking in some cases.
Also, some features which I would consider fundamental are not turned on unless you message support to activate the feature (e.g. Activating “Forms” on the ATS). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that it's easy to use and that you can customize questions to get the responses you are specifically looking for Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think it could be a little more organized or allow you to organize applicants. It would be nice to be able to clear out my application list or assign applicants to different folders Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think the best thing about CareerPlug is just how easy and accessible it's user face is. For example, you can sift through various candidate profiles quickly just by hovering your mouse over certain names. It makes the user experience very straight foward. You know this hasn't happened a ton but a few times it's backfired on me and froze up. I'm not entirely sure if that's a tech issue with the product or just my computer running a few different programs but that did come to mind in thinking about this question. It consolidates all of the information you need on each job into a simple easy to use dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Everything works fine. I have no complaints for the services offered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like how the applicants are separated by job type. This makes it easy when I am looking to hire in different areas. They have a lot of resources that make this process easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The applicants are not screened much. Some applicants were not good fits for the jobs they applied for. I still had to open them and review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
