I have been using CareerPlug for almost a year to find staff for dental practices. The platform is very easy to use and I get applicants quickly because the job posting is pushed out to the major hiring sites. I had been offered the opportunity to use another platform free of charge but I choose to stay with CareerPlug. Their customer service is 5 star! They are friendly, professional, accessible, and have always been able to help me with my questions. What a relief to have reps such as Heather personally walk me through a process instead of pushing me to a Knowledge Base that I have to search through. I am very thankful to CareerPlug for being a shining star amongst a widespread lack of personal help, if any at all, that most companies have adopted as technology continues to expand.
