The only thing I would like to see change is the scheduling a interview. Once you schedule a candidate they can reschedule themselves without me knowing about it. I whis it would not allow a candidate reschedule themselves unless it's been aproved by the anager first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have hired 2 times so far through career plug. It has been extremely easy to use this site and get actual results. I do love how many options it gives you to either advance a new applicant or deactivate an applicant. I haven't had any negative situations regarding the actual career plug website. I have not have any issues with career plug that truly made the experience bad. the only minor complaint is a questions we have " are you licensed" a lot of the times people applying think this is in regards to a drivers license not the ny persoanl lines insurance license. Career Plug helped us get up and running FAST. It literally only took a few minutes to build out our job postings and get them activated. There was almost nothing to implement on the user side, which was a huge pluc. When I had a minor issue, it was resolved in minutes. Candidate quality has been vastly superior to what we were doing before. I am using it every day to help us get our hires made and I couldn't be happier with how things are going. We have been able to hire a new agency owner, with another already in the works. We have brought on additional district staff and found have also found some staff for our agents! It has improved the work flow and communication cadence immensely, allowing for a much smoother process in managing our recruiting pipeline. Oh, and CareerPlugs support team - AWESOME! They are so quick to jump in and help. They will get you scheduled for a video call and step by step walk you through all things to maximize your job postings and how to get the most out of CareerPlugs tools & features. It is really hard to find a dislike. If I had to nit-pick to find something, I would like the notifications/message when recieving a text response in the system forwarded to my cell as a text.
