What do you like best about CaptivateIQ?

We transitioned to CaptivateIQ from our in-house built compensation program some time ago, and it has been a transformative experience for our organization. The shift has positively impacted our internal dynamics, streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency across the board. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CaptivateIQ?

While CaptivateIQ has been a fantastic addition to our organization, there are a few areas where we see room for improvement. Although the reporting capabilities are robust, we would love to see more advanced analytics and reporting features to further enhance our data-driven decision-making. What do you like best about CaptivateIQ?

The product quickly and succinctly lets sales people where they stand as to commissions and how it was calculated. It saves the SalesOps team hours of their day not having to explain this to each individual in the Sales organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CaptivateIQ?

I love the user friendly interface of the platform. This integration into our CRM is alway accurate pulling over correct details. The knowledge center was a very helpful tool for resources. The statements are very easy to read and understand and are helpful for forecasting. THe highlight is the confetti that takes over my screen when I view my payout-it is a celebration to win!! What do you like best about CaptivateIQ?

I like that the UI for CaptivateIQ is clean and easy to use. I use this tool frequently every quarter and it works well. The data provided is properly implemented and pulls in information from other integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CaptivateIQ?

While being clean and easy to use, it does not have any other features under the "Tools" section other than Knowledge Center. However it does not allow Customer Support directly from the application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CaptivateIQ?

I love the complete breakdown of my comission, all the details are easy to find and I can put inquiries in right at the spot where I may have a question. You can collapse sections once you're done reading through them so it's very easy and user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CaptivateIQ?

CaptivateIQ maintains a clean, uncluttered UI that allows you to easily see all relevant data points pertinent to your attainment records. It also allows tracking of unusual items that most companies do not maintain like commission payments being held back from deals where the customer makes annual payments. I log in monthly to verify my records in SFDC. It's also easy to open up an inquiry directly from the UI which gets routed directly to finance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CaptivateIQ?

The thing I do not like about Captivate is that it places all closed deals in your monthly report. You have to scroll all the way to the bottom to see the items relevant to your monthly payout. This should be a separate, rolling report that covers your annual attainment. It's not a deal breaker, just annoying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CaptivateIQ?

I like that the platform is easy to use. CaptivateIQ makes it easy to determine if my commission payout is listed correctly and if there by chance is an error it is simple to find where the error lies. It has been very helpful in ensuring payouts are correct. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CaptivateIQ?

It does take a few days after the end of the month to be ready for approval, which is not a big deal, but it is the only thing I would change if possible. However, I do receive an email reminding me when my payout is ready for review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
