What do you like best about Salesforce Spiff?

I'm honestly having a hard time finding anything positive because of the lack of support I've received. It makes the positives not even worth it at this point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Spiff?

The fact that we receive absolutely ZERO support, especially after being acquired by Salesforce.

This is a direct quote from Nate Geddes who is part of the Spiff Support Team, "Unfortunately our Support team is unavailable for calls and has transitioned to a diagnostic role rather than that of a building role. This ultimately means we direct you towards trainings and resources that will enable you to self-manage Spiff."

I am now required to refer back to outdated trainings on their Spiff University. Its an absolute joke. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Salesforce Spiff solving and how is that benefiting you?

We've been able to cutdown on the manual process of checking if customers have paid. Although this only works 80% of the time. Invoices are not being updated in Spiff, therefore are not being captured and our reps our missing out on commissions unless we can catch it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Salesforce Spiff?

I like how Spiff is able to tell me my commission payout in almost real time for my sales role. It is broken our into different sections so I know what commission is associated with what close. It also has a dashboard where I can see where I rank against my teammates that I use a lot. I also like how I can look into future months to see my commission. I will say it can be a bit confusing to navigate sometimes but that may be due to my training session. I would love another follow up Q&A to ask some lingering questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Spiff is helping solve the issue of not knowing your commission and your performance in real time as you close deals. Before I used Spiff my commission would come out at the end of the month prior. Spiff was wonderful UNTIL they were purchased by Salesforce. Since then their customer service has become non-existent! It takes three days to get an email reply to a submitted support ticket. AND there is NO way to TALK to a human. You can only email and wait...wait...wait. And most of the time the replies come after business hours. We were signed up to be a reseller of SPIFF under the previous management. That agreement was torn up with it was bought by Salesforce, I guess that is fine, as I would in no way recommend this company to our clients now!!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

in my use salesforce spiff is intuitive once you get used to it, though the extensive features can be overwhelming initially.

implementation requires careful planning and execution.it's complex but manageable with proper resources.

in salesforce provides good customer supoort detailed assistance but in some case in complex issues they takes more time to fixed. i am used daily for managing customer relationships,tracking sales,and generating reports. in salesforce integrates smoothly with other tools. in my use honestly, the initial setup and configuration are pretty complex. it took us a lot of time and effort to get everything right.i think its expensive, which can be a challenge for smaller businesses or startups. in customer support is good but some case needing their help frequently for complex issues can slow us down.
