The fact that we receive absolutely ZERO support, especially after being acquired by Salesforce.
This is a direct quote from Nate Geddes who is part of the Spiff Support Team, "Unfortunately our Support team is unavailable for calls and has transitioned to a diagnostic role rather than that of a building role. This ultimately means we direct you towards trainings and resources that will enable you to self-manage Spiff."

Spiff is easy to use and gives insight into your current incentives. It also looks at your current pipeline and gives you the ability to see how much commission you will make once a deal closes. The forward looking view is a real motivator. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how Spiff is able to tell me my commission payout in almost real time for my sales role. It is broken our into different sections so I know what commission is associated with what close. It also has a dashboard where I can see where I rank against my teammates that I use a lot. I also like how I can look into future months to see my commission. Spiff was wonderful UNTIL they were purchased by Salesforce. Since then their customer service has become non-existent! It takes three days to get an email reply to a submitted support ticket. AND there is NO way to TALK to a human. You can only email and wait...wait...wait. And most of the time the replies come after business hours. We were signed up to be a reseller of SPIFF under the previous management. That agreement was torn up with it was bought by Salesforce, I guess that is fine, as I would in no way recommend this company to our clients now!!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Its ability to deliver real time commission calculations motives the sales team to drive the success! I love it's intuitive UI and seamless integration with systems and also it provides the transparency that motives our sales team. It's reporting and analytics also top notch! in my use salesforce spiff is intuitive once you get used to it, though the extensive features can be overwhelming initially.

in my use honestly, the initial setup and configuration are pretty complex. it took us a lot of time and effort to get everything right.i think its expensive, which can be a challenge for smaller businesses or startups. in customer support is good but some case needing their help frequently for complex issues can slow us down.
