What do you like best about Canapii?

First the staff were very resourceful to explain the different features of the App that could be used to suit the needs of the Conference participants. Secondly, Canapii is a very easy App to use, our participants who were not tech savy were still able to use the App without a lot of hustle. The App does not require alot of interner bandwidth, hence our participants that are in low bandwidth areas were still able to use the App comfortably. Lastly, the onsite support that was provided was extremely helpful as most of the participants were installing the App while onsite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Canapii?

Canapii has really improved over the years ( this is the second time I have suggested Canapii to the organizations that I have worked for, and it is quite refreshing to see the progress that has been made to fit the changing conference needs) Not a dislike but a suggestion to look into how to improve the display of photos uploaded and a comment section for participants to falg to the admins if a photo goes against the community guidelines. What do you like best about Canapii?

It's a robust, feature rich online conference platform that performs well, has everything needed in one package, and presents a polished and accessible conference to attendees for a price that tends to be on par or lower than competitors. The support staff is very helpful, too, in my experience, esp. Mitzi who was very helpful and even did some things for us to save us time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Canapii?

The admin console [backstage area] for setting up the conference can be unintuitive, frustrating, features don't work as expected and controls are not where you expect or are hidden. Setting up an event requires some knowledge about the idiosyncratic functions of the platform and can lead to some stopping points that take up time until answered. The admin area was put together more by developers and can use some very intensive UX help from a UX specialist or user testing people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Canapii?

The customer support was excellent, and colleagues from Canapii were always helpful and quick to respond. The platform was sleek, simple to use and intuitive. It was also highly flexible and customizable, with a wide range of features available. We were able to finetune our event platform to our specific preferences, and this made it a pleasure to spend time on it every day. Lastly, the Data Analytics tools were highly insightful. What do you dislike about Canapii?

There was only a few minor improvements that we could suggest. This includes changing the layout of the Speaker pages on our Event platform, and allowing for the alphabetization of speakers on the Sponsors pages. What do you like best about Canapii?

We were looking for an event management platform for quite a while. With Canapii we found the right fit for our needs. In addition to all the important functionalities and the ease of use, it's their support service that really stands out. What do you like best about Canapii?

The event app is, by far, my favourite Canapii product. It makes capturing real-time attendee feedback incredibly simple and keeps our audience engaged with interactive features like Q&As, polls, surveys, etc. The gamification element is a brilliant touch, adding a fun, competitive element that boosts participation. What do you like best about Canapii?

The platform itself is easy to use, with a clear structure to easily set-up and manage your event.

What do you like best about Canapii?

-It's simple layout,

- I like the fact you can see the sections in block squares without having to always go on a drop down and click into something, you can just see what the sections are from the offset.

- The colour scheme and design

- It has all your information in one place, from details from hotel to the speakers at the event

- Great customer support with the FAQ's being listed , which are very specific to our event.

- The chat box feature can help with reaching out to people. Which is great for contacting people if you didn't have the best signal. it is also great for networking.

- I like the logo section where you can click onto the logos to find out more about the vendors.

- Connects well from work email

- Easy to set up the app and I like that can click on a link and have the app so it integrates well across all systems.

- Having a simple app like this means it is easy to regularly keep checking what you need to do, like your agenda and to check for updates. A good platform to access frequently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Canapii?

Haven't found any downsides yet. Could be good if the app alerts you when your next meeting is potentially? like a silent notification. However, with work events like this not always needed as meetings/sessions over run. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Canapii?

Seating plan is great, the interface is easy and simple to use.
