It's a robust, feature rich online conference platform that performs well, has everything needed in one package, and presents a polished and accessible conference to attendees for a price that tends to be on par or lower than competitors. The admin console [backstage area] for setting up the conference can be unintuitive, frustrating, features don't work as expected and controls are not where you expect or are hidden. Setting up an event requires some knowledge about the idiosyncratic functions of the platform and can lead to some stopping points that take up time until answered.
