The annoying thing was that all of their toll free numbers were driving people calling the wrong company, all of them were trying to reach the previous owner of that toll free number. Still receive those calls after I cancelle the service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

incurring fees when canceling a number - if I stop using a number it seems like I pay for that number for at least 2 months before I'm no longer billed for it. The Facebook integration to send offline conversion data to the Facebook business management platform is tough to utilize. I would love to create useful audiences from callers.

Callrail is amazing for running digital marketing campaigns. We use this on many of our clients, and the reporting is very user friendly. Also, tracking codes can be placed on the site so that you do not run in to issues with Google NAP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
