What do you like best about CallRail?

Irrelevant since I cancelled. Easy to set-up Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CallRail?

The annoying thing was that all of their toll free numbers were driving people calling the wrong company, all of them were trying to reach the previous owner of that toll free number. Still receive those calls after I cancelle the service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CallRail solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was looking to receive Inbound calls by avoiding the receptionist and sending them directly to sales rep but didn't work at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CallRail?

Nice login area with easy to use format. The data is all there and they have great reports. Plus the customer service is quick and responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CallRail?

It would be nice to have an account manager once you are at a certain level. Their account managers seem to change but maybe it is just because we don't need them often enough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

incurring fees when canceling a number - if I stop using a number it seems like I pay for that number for at least 2 months before I'm no longer billed for it. The Facebook integration to send offline conversion data to the Facebook business management platform is tough to utilize. I would love to create useful audiences from callers.

What do you like best about CallRail?

Callrail is amazing for running digital marketing campaigns. We use this on many of our clients, and the reporting is very user friendly. Also, tracking codes can be placed on the site so that you do not run in to issues with Google NAP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
