White labeling is big for agencies to keep their brand experience continuous. CallRail allows agencies to brand their portal so customers get a continuous experience while using the product. Additionally, reporting and integrations are phenomenal! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their callscribing feature is fantastic. It shows a copy of the conversation in text allowing you to scan to see what the call was about, instead of tediously listening to each call. You can also set up alerts for keywords to be considered "conversions." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The integration with Google Analytics is clunkier than I'd like. They're not able to pull the traffic over without artificially inflating the session data. So each call, is also being counted as a session. We switched to Phone Wagon from a competing Call Tracking provider and have been very satisfied with Phone Wagon. There were a few hiccups since then transfer but Ryan, Hannah, and their team have always been quick to reply and get a resolution for us. Highly recommend Phone Wagon. The only thing I would suggest is to have an app for their tracking system. Having to login on a mobile device isn't the worst thing in the world, but having a dedicated app would just be the icing on the cake. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
