CallRail makes it easy for our sales department to track our leads from our different mailing campaigns. It provides call recording and shows you how much the agent talked versus the client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike that they put the Lead Center Tab at the bottom. I feel it should be at the top, right-hand corner to be clear and visible. When I first began using CallRail, I had a hard time locating the leads and phone call history. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have used 3 other call tracking platforms. This tool provides robust features, an powerful, well-documented API, and fair pricing.
Also, as a White-label agency, we receive a Client Success manager that is responsive and helpful. Finally, it provides us the ability to apply our standard materials mark-up to the service, turning the service into a revenue generator for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

CallRail has completely changed the way our agency tracks call and form fill attribution form our Paid Search campaigns. The data is easily accessible and can be tailored to the needs of each specific client.

No a la carte phone number plan (one is coming). I currently have to contact support to request additional phone numbers. I am an advertising agency, so purchasing tiered packages does not work well, as I often bill clients for use of this product, and need costs to stay the same month-to-month. Requesting a new number for the team each time one is needed has been our workaround, but isn't as convenient. I'm told a la carte phone usage is being implemented soon. They have worked really hard it seems to have all the features you need without the bloat and complexity of some other products. The interface is easy to use and setup. It takes just a few minutes to setup a client with new numbers and info, install the DNI code on the site, integrate with adwords, integrate with google analytics, and even zapier if I need it. The dashboard is easy to use and the notes and tagging features are helpful to get additional value.
Reports are clear and dynamic and we can export easily into a spreadsheet for further analysis and reporting. I can setup the client with notifications as well so they can see what's coming through. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Figuring out all the technical details of how to make any program integrate and work can be time consuming and confusing. However, Hannah has been available from the beginning and continues to be readily available when I have questions or concerns. When we first subscribed, we were assigned a phone number that apparently had been used in the past. Although Phone Wagon has a scrubbing system for previously used numbers, this one did not pass the muster. I was initially interested in call tracking to help build out the company's website analytic capabilities. What I didn't know was that the service would help us identify issues that we were unaware of, like the fact that our phone system was randomly greeting callers with a message that says, "You have called after hours, please leave a message..." I haven't had any direct negative issues in my use of PhoneWagon. An issue that did come up was one of the phone numbers we were assigned was formerly, maybe even currently, in use by spammers that were spoofing the phone number.
