What do you like best about CallRail?

What do you like best about CallRail?

I am able to answer calls from my computer or phone. I am also able to answer right away which allows me to sell more. There are options also to set the calls as spam so you don't get dragged away by unnecessary calls. What do you dislike about CallRail?

Nothing! It's works great. I sometimes have problems with calls dropping but it comes back on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CallRail?

Call Rail has been around a long time, and we trust them with over 40 of our clients across hundreds and hundreds of tracking numbers. The product line is extensive and goes far beyond just a tracking number. Our clients use it for Online organic and also for Paid ads. Then even for offline things like numbers on their trucks, and every other marketing idea imaginable. The technical support is amazing and everyone is friendly. What do you like best about CallRail?

It swiftly provides data on phone calls, has good organization in regards to the layout, and is applicable for our call qualifying team. It serves its purprose well in the regards that quick, accessible data, that can be utilized both internally and exeternally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do wish there were more columns to sort by, but in general its not too problematic. I am not a part of the call qualifying team thus, not need to interact with it as directly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CallRail solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's primary usage I've seen stems from the atrribution to clients that attend said medical offices. Most importantly, since medical data is so private, when it comes to wanting to attribute we can ask the doctor to check themselves based on the recorded call via callrail. What do you like best about CallRail?

I have been using CallRail for over 9 years. CallRail consistently innovates by adding new features. One of the latest features gives you an AI transcription of what was said on the call and summarizes same information. CallRail is easy to setup and use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CallRail?

CallRail uses Twilio phone numbers as their service relies on Twilio. The numbers being offered to you have been used hundreds of times by different companies. As a result, you get a lot of calls not related to you, and dozens of calls by bots per week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
