We have been using CallRail for our clients for years now and love how easy it is to integrate. It is a must for any client we onboard as it provides such valuable information and allows us to track every single call to a source. For paid ads, if setup correctly you get granular data down to the keyword that brought in the call, which helps really measure the call quality of each campaign. There are so many features available and add ons all of which come with an additional cost. It definately can be a bit cost prohibitive to smaller businesses but overall, the cost has been worth it for us Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform itself works as advertised and is very user friendly. While several call tracking solutions have rebranded, become more complicated, and overall less user friendly, CallRail has done the opposite and is a great solution for any company looking to pull back the curtain on digital call tracking. Customer Service could be improved immensly. CallRail used to offer white glove service and their customer service representatives were top notch.
