What do you like best about CallRail?

CallRail provides SOME insight in terms of recording the calls, both the audio and the fact that a call was placed to a specific number (forwarded by CallRail to our main number). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CallRail?

It is not necessarily beneficial for a small business that does not receive a relatively high number of phone calls, i.e., a small business where no receptionist (virtual or otherwise) is necessary, as employees with other job functions also answer the phone. What do you like best about CallRail?

Very user-friendly. HOwever, when have gotten stuck on a couple of things the chat support is right there. They have helped me resolve a few issues within minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CallRail?

The only thing I can think of is that it's a little difficult to estimate how many minutes we are going to use. We use call rail for our HVAC clients and businesses. There fore we can have a slow week and if a storm or a heat wave hits and the phones really get ringing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CallRail solving and how is that benefiting you?

We can now determine where each one of our leads is coming from. We have various campaigns on Google, Microsoft Ads, etc. This helps us to allocate budget to the campaigns that are performing the best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CallRail?

Call attribution, easy to use, integrates with HubSpot and all my other tools easily. Creating new numbers is super simple. Customer support is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
