CallRail is user-friendly and straightforward. They even schedule a tutorial meeting to help with the start-up! Should any issues arise, their customer service is exceptionally accessible and responsive. What do you like best about CallRail?

We can listen to our calls, track calls, sort them by tags, and receive stats to assist with marketing targets - all of which is an asset to the firms marketing tracking Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
