What do you like best about CallRail?

detailed reporting and segmenting for easy acess to helpful data. Integration with Google Ads has been easy and useful for our reporting purposes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CallRail?

Integration with Bing is a little more difficult than Google. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CallRail solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are able to track calls per tactic by using pools and number swapping so that way our data is organized. We are able to see amount of qualified calls instead of just call count in the Google Ads UI Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CallRail?

The analytics are great. Call records with AI to identify actual leads works pretty well. Decent call tracking and metrics. However, the downsides and lack of support were overwhelming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CallRail?

For about 10 days I have been getting high levels of abandoned calls. CallRail support is somewhere between nonresponsive to absolutely not helpful. Through trial and error, I was able to figure out that some of the dynamically placed number rings three times and then disconnect. It's not the callers disconnecting. So I am losing potential new client calls because of call rail. I spent another week after identifying the issue trying to get help. The lack of support is absolutely atrocious. So here I am, canceling my account and leaving a candid review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CallRail solving and how is that benefiting you?

It was supposed to help me track where the leads are coming in from - which it does well - however it also lead to calls not coming to us which is unacceptable. I can live with problems is support is responsive. CallRail has not been, at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When I do lead scoring for one of my clients, I cross reference their CRM with CallRail. Sometimes the caller is not always the customer, they often call for another family member. What do you like best about CallRail?

I love how easy it is to setup or change a workflow to make sure your call get to the right people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish there was a mobile management app. Sometimes when I'm out issues may come up and your fill-in might not be able to fix the issues. If I'm not near a computer, it's hard to fix in a mobile browser. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
