What do you like best about CallRail?

As a daily user, I find the reporting to be straightforward. Implementation was a snap. I appreciated the boarding call with the CallRail team. I like the feature set. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CallRail?

I can only think of one thing, and that is the lack of a cumulative total on the form fill count. I wish it looked more like the call report. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

CallRail is very reliable and user friendly. We really appreciate how easy and customizable the call flows are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are some occassions where CallRail does not sync the best with Podio (our CRM or sorts), but that could be a Podio issue or maybe even a different issue, but all the same, maybe better coordination between the two companie would be nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CallRail?

Callrail has been extremely helpful in providing channel attribution information. It is very helpful to be able to show a client which channels are bringing not only more phoen calls but the best quality calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I believe that the pricing as you grow, hits a level that can cause a profit burden on the agency. We have had to beging charging our clients more for the the servcie due to rising costs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CallRail?

I love how easy it is to create new numbers to track specific marketing campaigns and how easily CallRail integrates into multiple different CRM's against many industries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CallRail?

I don't think I have any specific downsides with CallRail! It's been the most reliable tool we use in my workspace in terms of tracking data. Maybe the interface could use some work especially when it comes to attempting to look at specific sources. It can be a little difficult to select options for a custom view. What problems is CallRail solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main problem CallRail solves with our business is accurately tracking leads and marketing campaign data through integrations with Lawmatics and HubSpot. Love the ability to qualify lead and the capabilities for challenging and blocking robocallers. Easy to set up and use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The requirement of number pools to allow conversion tracking via Google Ads is a limitation for our franchise/multi-location clients as it would increase annual fees by $15k+. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CallRail?
