As a daily user, I find the reporting to be straightforward. Implementation was a snap. I appreciated the boarding call with the CallRail team. I like the feature set. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't think I have any specific downsides with CallRail! It's been the most reliable tool we use in my workspace in terms of tracking data. Maybe the interface could use some work especially when it comes to attempting to look at specific sources. It can be a little difficult to select options for a custom view.
