CallRail is great for keeping track of where your calls come from, which helps a lot if you're trying to figure out how well your ads are working. It works really well with Google Ads, so you can see which ads are making people call you. The best part is how it uses AI – it's like having a smart assistant that helps you understand your customers better. We switched to Call Rail from a different service provider. Call rail is simple for small businesses and can be scaled for larger organizations. It's easy to navigate and provides a ton of data to tie calls back to a source. The only difference / gap in coverage with call rail was the lack of "whisper" technology. Due to how the dynamic rotation works, you cannot configure a call identifier at the beginner. My least favorite thing about CallRail is the first touch attribution carried over time. I would appreciate being able to turn this on/off or tell what first touch was (organic, paid, etc.), while also being able to determine how each call (individually) was made. My company has been using CallRail since we initially launched in 2018 and needed call tracking for Google Ads conversions.
