As a home services business having a complete record of customer communications is critical. Callrail makes it easy to listen to or review past communications on the computer. It's got the ability to score calls as "Qualified" or "Unqualified" with surprising accuracy which helps when trying to track conversion rates from different sources. There are a few nitpicky things that are a little funky.
1. 2 separate mobile apps with DIFFERENT functionality and capabilities. This is annoying. Lead Center handles all live calls through internet based calling, shows transcripts, can text back and forth and can see some of the customer history of interactions but CANNOT score calls, tag calls, or even listen to previous calls. The other Callrail app can make calls only by calling your phone and then merging the calls, handle texts, play recordings, score and tag calls, but CANNOT see any customer interaction history, transcripts, or handle live phone calls. BOTH apps are a little buggy. The main Callrail app won't refresh the call activity feed unless you quit and restart the app. Annoying to do 10 times a day. The Lead Center app is slow and doesn't always refresh automatically either, especially with text messaging. NEITHER app can handle videos.
2. It's definitely doable somehow but it's annoying that it's not SUPER EASY to create a report showing conversion rates for specific agents. It requires them inputting specific tags etc and then creating a report based on that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Reporting can be a little limited. Some of the API connections for 3rd party reporting platforms don't always function the best. They work for the most part, but tend to have limited metrics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The system is relatively easy to setup and creation of tracking numbers in straight forward. Like most tech companies they are adding features and you can spend quite a bit of time tracking every new thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The core feature is call tracking but apparently the system does not work properly and so when I call my tracking numbers from my cell, I sit by the office phone and some of the time it rings, some of the time it does not. I pay good money for advertsing the Call Rail has cost me thousands! There is some talk about it in the Call Rail community but they moderate that and take down most negative feedback.
