What do you like best about CallRail?

The integrations that are available made set up a breeze. I had to set up 26+ accounts and without the integrations for Wordpress, Facebook etc I would have lost time.

We also had a dedicated support agent or sales agent that kept reaching out to us to make sure everything was going smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CallRail?

One of my only dislikes was how the Facebook integration was set up. Through no fault of callrail, it doesn’t mesh with Facebook as accounts that are under the same ad. It doesn’t hook up to pages as it does ad

What do you like best about CallRail?

The dashboard is well-suited to managing a number of client accounts, each with one or several numbers. Dynamic numbers are easy to set up and even easier to deploy on landing pages - the provided number swap script works well. What do you dislike about CallRail?

The greeting automation option sounds a little too robotic - it would be nice to have a larger set of options. This is not needed for most of our clients, but would be useful to provide for some. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CallRail?

Unlike other call tracking companies, this one comes equipped with so many options for multiple campaigns, office locations, and numbers. I like that you get recordings and keyword spotting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't like that it doesn't track Google maps calls (unless you use a unique number - and that can create problems). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering CallRail:

I would use this over call tracking from Wordstream. I would also say that for $36/month, the data is invaluable, and can really help you shave unnecessary spending on marketing that doesn't work online. I would also say go through their team and make sure that everything gets set up right with google analytics and adwords, social accounts, and your phone number. Make sure to test test test! What do you like best about CallRail?

Best call tracking for the price. Call rail has the ability to add dynamic phone numbers to the website giving for view of customer behavior leading up to conversion. Especially like how easy it is to purchase numbers and install onto the website via the platform. My favorite feature is the keyword listening to CallRail provides. What do you like best about CallRail?

I wish call rail had a feature where you could identify key terms and automatically identify this as a conversion. It would also be nice if we were able to track a conversion value from call rail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am running paid ads and call rail has allowed us to attribute conversions that have come from these ads. Not every conversion takes place online. There are a lot of people who will click on our ads and they will call convert over the phone.
