The integrations that are available made set up a breeze. I had to set up 26+ accounts and without the integrations for Wordpress, Facebook etc I would have lost time.
We also had a dedicated support agent or sales agent that kept reaching out to us to make sure everything was going smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One of my only dislikes was how the Facebook integration was set up. Through no fault of callrail, it doesn’t mesh with Facebook as accounts that are under the same ad. It doesn’t hook up to pages as it does ad
Accounts. It just ultimately caused a few problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love how easy CallRail is to use. I don't have to think much about it and really like it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish CallRail would notify me when I have a new text. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Its a combination of the easy to use interface and great, helpful people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Initially Phone Wagon needed to add features to their interface - now many of those features are live (though we'l always want more). The ability to add some international numbers without support would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The dashboard is well-suited to managing a number of client accounts, each with one or several numbers. Dynamic numbers are easy to set up and even easier to deploy on landing pages - the provided number swap script works well. The interface is clean and provides easy access to reporting and call records. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The greeting automation option sounds a little too robotic - it would be nice to have a larger set of options. This is not needed for most of our clients, but would be useful to provide for some. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Simple user interface that is easy to locate call recordings and move swiftly from area to area Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Reporting seems to be difficult to manipulate/pull fast stats on different accounts Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Unlike other call tracking companies, this one comes equipped with so many options for multiple campaigns, office locations, and numbers. I like that you get recordings and keyword spotting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like that it doesn't track Google maps calls (unless you use a unique number - and that can create problems). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Best call tracking for the price. Call rail has the ability to add dynamic phone numbers to the website giving for view of customer behavior leading up to conversion. Especially like how easy it is to purchase numbers and install onto the website via the platform. My favorite feature is the keyword listening to CallRail provides. Customer support is a little rookie. Anytime I call Lynn to have technical questions answered they just refer me to a blog post. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to use interface and the customer service is great. If I have a problem Ryan or Hannah are on it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Interface is a little limited. Not sure my integrations are setup right. Had to confirm with support they were working. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Call rail has made it very easy for us to track conversions that come from phone calls. I love that we are able to flag which calls were relevant and which calls were irrelevant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish call rail had a feature where you could identify key terms and automatically identify this as a conversion. It would also be nice if we were able to track a conversion value from call rail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
