Call tracking is always on point with great features and easy to use interface I love the platform. customer support is always extremely helpful in any instance that I've ever had to reach out to them Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Makes the tracking for all digital marketing (SEO, PPC, Social, etc) consolidated and organized. To me it's the best platform for simplified tracking analytics. Ease of integration and implementation is pretty straightforward and simple to set up. The frequency of use is high among our clients which allows them to mark their leads as good or bad and their customer support has been very helpful in the past. I like the amount of data callrail gives us as well as the intergrations with multiple platform like Google ads. Its also easy to get clients to use it and leave feedback on the calls. My business would not be where it is without it. Customer support is always helpful and fast to respond as well. Alot of the extra features are a bit pricey and it can add up, but the cost is worth it for what you get back in terms of data Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the variety of pre-set charts, ability to see caller location, call time, when a call is toll-free. I haven't seen a call tool that as easy to use with such comprehensible data. This makes it easy to report Callrail findings to clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
