What do you like best about CallRail?

The analytics are great. Call records with AI to identify actual leads works pretty well. Decent call tracking and metrics. However, the downsides and lack of support were overwhelming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CallRail?

For about 10 days I have been getting high levels of abandoned calls. CallRail support is somewhere between nonresponsive to absolutely not helpful. Through trial and error, I was able to figure out that some of the dynamically placed number rings three times and then disconnect. It's not the callers disconnecting. So I am losing potential new client calls because of call rail. I spent another week after identifying the issue trying to get help. The lack of support is absolutely atrocious. So here I am, canceling my account and leaving a candid review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CallRail solving and how is that benefiting you?

It was supposed to help me track where the leads are coming in from - which it does well - however it also lead to calls not coming to us which is unacceptable. I can live with problems is support is responsive. CallRail has not been, at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CallRail?

I've been using CallRail extensively across five different companies, managing around 50 tracking numbers for ads, print collateral, car wraps, and our website.

The AI features are impressive, making it easy to analyze calls, automate insights, and optimize performance. Integrations and notifications are seamless, ensuring I never miss important data.

The call summaries are a game-changer, allowing me to quickly assess call quality. By reviewing these insights, I’ve been able to refine our call center SOPs, ultimately saving jobs and improving customer interactions. What do you like best about CallRail?

CallRail has the best user experience of any other call-tracking platform that I have used. Everything is seamless and easy to find. Their support is next level as well! Implementing the platform was so easy for many clients I have worked on! Being able to jump in daily and listen to calls or check in on reports has been great. What do you like best about CallRail?

CallRail has been a game changer and lifesaver for us. It has helped to identify several issues with our intake (forms and calls). Being able to transcribe calls and search is a great feature. It helps us with marketing attribution for our direct mail campaigns and with training salespeople on what to say and not say. It was super fast and easy to set up, creating new numbers is easy. I like that it alerts you to when numbers are cycling too quickly. I had no idea CallRail would prove to be such a valuable tool for us, and I use it almost daily. What do you dislike about CallRail?

We tried the Convert Assist, and I think it's a great tool. However, it has to be viewed on an individual basis, and we don't give everyone access to CallRail. Doing some sort of bulk search could also be helpful. I think we need to integrate it with Salesforce as a next step in order to really take advantage of some of the functionality. What problems is CallRail solving and how is that benefiting you?

CallRail has helped to identify two issues we were having. One was with forms not making it into Salesforce. Another was that calls to one of our brands weren't being answered. It has also helped us to identify numerous coaching opportunities with our sales team. Lastly, albeit very manual and time-consuming, it has helped us with some marketing attribution. What do you like best about CallRail?

I think in terms of what it does is valuable but how they get there seems to need work. As a leader in the product space I find that their product is kind of a mess. What do you like best about CallRail?

I like that it tracks where our marketing dollars are being spent and the return rate for where we should invest more and what to invest less in. It is very valuable for this. Used for years. It was very easy to set up in my portal that we use for the added numbers. We can call customer support for clarification if needed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CallRail?

Call rail uses AI to summarize the calls and gives a general answer. It states that there is a mistake and then it will tell you that it happened more times.
