What do you like best about CallFire?

What do you like best about CallFire?

What do you like best about CallFire?

CallFire is pretty easy to understand,setup, and get started with. It is a simple tool for tracking the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CallFire?

The worst part about CallFire is that more than 50% of the calls that come through my tracking numbers are junk and robots. They burn through my minutes more than anything else, and the system doesn't seem to do a very good job of cutting them off or weeding them out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you have different campaigns, using different media types, whether digital or physical, CallFire tracking numbers are a great way to track the results of your efforts. I've started some partner programs with complimentary businesses, so we are trying to track the marketing efforts back to each individual group. It's a handy tool to help figure out where we are being seen on signage vs print materials vs digital ads etc. Great way to feel more local too with the local numbers. We were making monthly calls for nonpayment twice a month to around 400 customers and it was taking 24 hours a month for an employee to make these calls. With CallFire the calls take less than 10 minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
