It's very easy to share a link with people and ask exactly the right info you need. I love on the user-end how it shows you your own availability compared to the calendly you're looking at with green dots.
I use this tool every single day in my work. It was very easy to set up and integrate with Google. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Occasionally people don't get a google calendar invite showing on their calendar. I haven't figured out why!

I like how easy it is to setup. When I need to meet with a client or a client needs to meet with me, it's very simple to send a link and the client can pick the best time that works for them. Using Calendly saves me a lot of time and effort. Instead of back and forth emails, I can send one email and the customer can pick the best time for them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish Calendly had a feature that allowed you to sync with coworkers schedules as well. Ideally, I would want to send a link to a client that also takes other co-workers google calendars into account. I don't know if this is possible or not, but is just a "minor wish" I had. Calendly being the pioneer to think out of the box for us about scheduling meetings across different time zones and at the same time it is based on the event owners and the invitees availability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's a good thing I wasn't in a hurry with this issue because it took almost a week to hear back. I had to follow up with an email before I even received a response. My issue was not resolved. I never received the email that she sent apparently twice so that I could change my billing information. I did check my spam folder several times. I don't think it's the agent, she was polite when I did receive her emails. Honestly, I think it's Calendly's system. Are you guys understaffed? Your software should just give me the option to change my own billing information like literally every other software I use. I can log in and click update billing and I have access to all my own information. Making a user email support, wait god knows how long, follow up, wait for an email, and then still not receive it and not be able to change their payment information is RIDICULOUS. I used Calendly as my client booking system. If my payment method hadn't gone through in time and I would have lost service, that impacts my business. That's not ok with me. I like Calendly because it offers the best way to offer an appoinment systems for our clients. Clients can schedule their appointments very easily by selecting the assigned dates and times as well the way they would like to meet, either in person, by phone or videoconference. If I could hug and app, it would be Calendly. It's an amazing app that removes 15-100 back and forth scheduling emails. If ever there was an app that was created to remove a common, annoying and exhausting problem, it's this one. So useful and simply brilliant. I had a free version for years and then leveled up to a paid subscription when it became necessary to schedule appointments of different times and types. I love that it offers easy communication between me and my customers as well as creating an easy process for them to schedule meetings with me that fit their schedule. It's so convenient to be able to pre-set my appointments and it's a great way to collect the information about the project and customer before the meeting. I also love that it syncs with my calendar and that customers can easily contact me and alter appointments if needed. It's really been a game changer in how I schedule meetings.
I use this app pretty much daily. It was relatively easy for me to set up. I did have to tinker around a little bit to get my appointment times set the way I wanted. One downside I've come across is that I can't connect both emails that I use to the account unless I pay for a subscription. I also think the emails it sends to confirm meetings are lengthy and confusing. The formatting could be better and more concise. I had been using the built-in CRM scheduling software that came with my other tools for free, and I thought it was good enough—until it wasn’t. Despite my best efforts, I couldn’t prevent the software from double-booking events. The breaking point came when it scheduled two very important client meetings right on top of each other. That’s when I realized I needed a more reliable solution and decided to give Calendly a try.
Now, I only wish I had switched sooner. Calendly works flawlessly and does exactly what it’s supposed to do. I love the ability to set specific events and time block my schedule, making my day much more organized and stress-free. I’m definitely a fan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
To truly optimize Calendly, I believe new users should take the time to explore and experiment with all the settings. Getting comfortable with the platform’s features is key to making the most of it. One improvement I’d love to see is the ability to link events together.
