"Completely changed how I organize my meetings and days"

What do you like best about Calendly?

I love being able to send a link to anyone and have the confidence that I won't get double-booked. It makes booking for my podcast extremely simple and automatically schedules Zoom meetings and recording sessions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calendly?

Some of the helpful workflow tools are behind a more expensive paywall than what I am able to pay. I would love at least one or two email workflow tools to be available to the lowest-paid tier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows me to schedule meetings and interview times without having to worry about being double-booked. It also takes care of booking times on Zoom and generating meeting links for my guests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In an effort to better meet our users' needs we updated our plans recently. Our new Standard plan (the lowest tier plan, which starts at $10/month) includes Workflow features. You can set up email and SMS reminders for you and your clients as well as follow up emails!
