Calendly has been a huge timesaver in scheduling meetings with colleagues. I can easily set up offerings, with different purposes, and get the information I need to effectively plan for connections. I no longer have to email back and forth to get a connection scheduled as sending my Calendly link allows my bookees to quickly schedule for a time that works for both of us. I wish I could have an event type that allowed my colleagues to pick the length of time that they needed for our connection. Instead, I must create separate events for each time length I offer (i.e. 15 minutes, 20 minutes, 30 minutes 45 minutes, and one hour). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a recruiter, I like that I can share a Calendly link with candidates via Gmail, LinkedIn and that it also integrates seamlessly with my ATS. It allows me to set times that I want to be available and also syncs to my Google calendar. I also like that it gives candidates the ability to schedule and reschedule, saving me time going back coordinating times with them and avoiding last minute rescheduling requests. I also love that this is a free solution! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Depending on how you set your availability and the volume of people you're scheduling with, you may get a lot of back to back bookings. There also may be cases where someone doesn't understand how to reschedule or accept the invite on their end creating some confusion, but this is more an exception than a rule and wouldn't deter me from using Calendly. You do lose a bit of scheduling control when you use this tool, but the time saved is worth it to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I believe that Calendly is an ideal tool for small businesses that want to move their business forward despite having few resources. What I loved was being able to schedule all my clients professionally for our appointments and meetings, that it was so easy to use, and that it allowed me to collect their data in a friendly way. Calendly is a VITAL product for my business, and as soon as I could pay for the premium version, I didn't hesitate for a second to do so, as it is a tool we use very frequently. So far, I haven't found anything specific that I dislike about Calendly. Perhaps I would like to be able to change or move calls from the same calendar within the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I bought Calendly for our team because we needed a scheduler. We're remote, meetings are virtual and span time zones. Calendly was beyond easy to set up so our internal meetings worked for the time zones. Creating different types of meetings with different team members was logical and worked. Reminders and edits were straightforward to set up and use. Best of all, we created links on our domain(s) for different types of meetings so clients never chose the wrong type of get-together. When we had a domain issue, Calendly's support was some of the best we've ever come across; they understood the technical issues and took care of the problem. We've recommended Calendly to our leads group and received their thanks. I'm not usually effusive about software, but this is a complete package that takes care of our needs. And then some.
We use it every day to keep our schedules so the fact it works with all our 365 calendars is a huge plus for us. I use the desktop version mostly but the young 'uns, our talented staff, rely on their phone app. Updates sync quickly and it's one of the easiest tools we use that gives us the most impact. If they hadn't already added U.S. holidays as a single click, I'd probably ask for that as a feature request. But they did because people asked for it and it made sense. If it didn't connect to Zapier, I mention that, too, but it does. I'm hard pressed to find something I dislike worth mentioning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most useful thing about Calendly is that it prevents scheduling conflicts according to your availability and that of the user on the other side of the screen, making it much better for scheduling according to mutual compatibilities. The advantages of using it are that you avoid having to consult a physical agenda and write to the client "I have x, x, x on such day," and then have them verify on their own. Because there are times when you don't even have the agenda with you or you're not available to respond immediately on the cell phone or telephone. And sometimes when that happens, so much time passes that you have to respond "sorry, that time is no longer available." Calendly saves you all this and also spares the other person the inconvenience. And it efficiently adds a physical or virtual location immediately as well. What I like most about Calendly is that it saves me those extra and unnecessary steps of having to communicate availability at every moment and then having to send a map or a connection link. The only disadvantage I have found so far is that it does not sync all my Google calendars well, so suddenly some hours appear as available that should be blocked. I need to keep checking if that is something I haven't configured correctly or what's happening. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been using Calendly since 2017. Until recently I've been using the free version. Even with the free version, it has worked well with the one event that I used it to schedule my appointments (initial phone consult). I've linked it to my iPhone and into my work Google calendar which has all but eliminated duplicating appointments. I love how it seems mostly populate all my calendar simultaneously. Now that I've paid for the standard plan, I look forward to adding other appointment types and linking other calendars to my account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Currently I cannot think of anything I dislike about it. It has served my purpose as well and that's why I have continued to use it since 2017 to schedule my initial phone consult and look forward to adding other event types soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Great functionality, good user interface for customers to find available times and book meetings. Good integration with Teams, Zoom, Meet, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Service is unstable and software is buggy. It randomly disconnects from your connected calendars, but it doesn't tell you that (other than a single email that often goes to spam), so your Calendly links and pages are silently broken. When any of your calendars disconnects (which can happen randomly, in the background, without you knowing), your entire Calendly link will break and no one will be able to schedule meetings with you. They will just get an error message. However, you will likely be unaware of this, so that means you'll be losing money until you realize your Calendly is broken and go back and manually re-connect your connected calendars.
We use our Calendly links on our website and landing pages, and also send them to leads for them to self-schedule meetings. That means whenever the Calendly link breaks (and it does often), we lose money.
Calendly support seems to be very uninterested in addressing the root cause of this issue and fixing the bug. I have reported this to them many times and expressed exactly how critical it is, but it's been over a year and they have yet to release a bug fix.
This is unfortunate. It's great software in terms of features, but at this point I'd recommend avoiding it if you intend to rely on it as part of your inbound strategy. It's just not reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is the automation and ease with which anyone can schedule appointments with me. I especially love that I am notified promptly all across the scheduled appointment lifecycle. When a person schedules appointment with me, I am notified. If they choose to cancel and add a reason for cancellation , I am notified as well.
Throw in , how smoothly it integrates with my personal Calendar, and you find the reason why I have used this tool for the better part of ten years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At this moment, I dislike nothing . Calendly is a simple software that gets the simple things around appointment scheduling done, quickly and easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been using Calendly for a little over 2 years now and it has honestly saved me so much time when it comes to scheduling appointments with new clients. whether they are in my time zone or not; they simply check my available hours, fill in the questions I have prepared and a new calendar event is created. no back and forth on availability, no wasted time collecting information, And the system is very intuitive to use. I highly highly recommend Calendly for streamlining your appointments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I currently do not have any issues with using Calendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is a must-have resource! I have used it personally and for two businesses, both business-to-business and business-to-consumer, and it works flawlessly. Very easy to implement and integrate with all of our systems. I love giving access to my customers to get to my calendar where I control the time. I also use it for scheduling in recruiting. I have different calendars for different uses as well. I use it constantly and it is easy to give to others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside I can say is I wish I would have thought of this myself :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
