What do you like best about Cadence?

The interface of cadence tools is very user-friendly. Especially for someone new to PnR, I would recommend starting with Cadence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cadence?

The frequent changes in commands, Every few years, the syntax of the commands just changes. We need some stability there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cadence solving and how is that benefiting you?

Whole design planning is straightforward in cadence. for Layout sign off, when other vendors are not detecting the issues, I use cadence to look into that. without Cadence there is no layout signoff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cadence?

Cadence virtuoso tool is best, easily can do complicated design. Physical verification tool aslo good for lower nm technology's. Debugging and tracking issue in design is easy using Cadence tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is not dislike , but worry about cost. Many licenses required for VLSI design. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cadence?

The fact that you could build circuits at a micro level enables you to check how well your experiments are performing. It also allows you to understand how well the code is working based on individual parameters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
