
Our customer support team was extremely responsive and working across time zones helped us push our app out in time. The platform was extremely easy to use and make changes in, and we ended up building an app that our event attendees absolutely loved! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One feature I would have loved is being able to sync Q&A with the timing of a schedule event we wanted to turn it on for. Instead, we ended up turning the feature on "live" as each event began and ended, but this was extremely easy to do. It would also have been nice to give "event managers" access to the questions asked with this feature, instead of requiring "admin" access. Lastly, a very small thing- when user settings were changed in another screen, we didn't realize we had to log out and in again for the changes to take place.
