What do you like best about Cadence?

Our customer support team was extremely responsive and working across time zones helped us push our app out in time. The platform was extremely easy to use and make changes in, and we ended up building an app that our event attendees absolutely loved! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cadence?

One feature I would have loved is being able to sync Q&A with the timing of a schedule event we wanted to turn it on for. Instead, we ended up turning the feature on "live" as each event began and ended, but this was extremely easy to do. It would also have been nice to give "event managers" access to the questions asked with this feature, instead of requiring "admin" access. Lastly, a very small thing- when user settings were changed in another screen, we didn't realize we had to log out and in again for the changes to take place. But these are all such small improvements for an overall fantastic product! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cadence solving and how is that benefiting you?

With Cadence, we were able to avoid printing thousands of multi-page brochures, saving our team a lot of money and saving the environment! The issue with printed out programs was also that we couldn't make any last minute changes, whereas I loved we could make changes here even during the event. What do you like best about Cadence?

Very easy to set up, add your materials, register your attendees, and ensure that your users can get everything they need in one spot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cadence?

The welcome email that is sent to your registrants that gives them access to the platform ALWAYS landed in spam/junk, so people spent a lot of time hunting them down in order to get in. There didn't seem to be a workaround for that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cadence?

It has the most wonderful features like debugging the errors makes the best, the UI interface is quite awesome, I used this for design implementation and integration.

What do you dislike about Cadence?

It has almost all features it but because of some bugs it lags for design with huge complexity, the customer support always available and fixes the bugs in latest version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cadence solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have used this for the easy implementation of the design and it's GUI is an add on features which makes the debugging of results easier use this software for complex design implementation.

What do you like best about Cadence?

Cadence provides a lot of community engagement functionalities that are absolutely essential to get your attendees engage in a virtual world. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cadence?

The company pulled through and we had a balst and we have nothing but compliments from our attendees. However we were put in front of certain things towards the end of the process that we wish we knew before, it put a strain on both their and our team. Again, in the end : nothing but compliments Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cadence solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a flagship conference annually that is in person. With Covid, we had to switch to online we got a great partner in Cadence. We wanted to offer the same kind of engagement and connections to our community. The platform allows for that, bringing everyone together and allowing everyone to engage. Zoom is to impersonal, we cannot get a persistant chat and we cannot get everyone to explore extra content. Cadence does that Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
