## Bynder Reviews
 ### 1. Exceptional onboarding experience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

I was incredibly impressed with the onboarding process from Bynder - certainly the best of any onboarding experience I have had. Our onboarding team (Ben and Nicole) were awesome - they managed to cover everything and answer all of the many questions we had, even though we definitely threw them some curveballs! The end result is that I've found Bynder very easy to use, even though I'm not a user who's been historically familiar with using enterprise DAMs. I've been impressed by how many problems we can solve with Bynder, and am looking forward to implementing those solutions and streamlining some of our thornier processes.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

Because it can do so many things, it's tempting to try to do more than the use case requires. I do think that the only negative of the onboarding process was that, in their enthusiasm to share all of Bynder's cool features, the team sometimes would reach to find problems that didn't really seem to exist for our team. Without thoughtful administration, I think Bynder could turn into an overcomplicated monster that hinders its team more than helps.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously to adopting Bynder, assets didn't have an official place to live, and the creative team had files stored, piecemeal, in various places that made sharing difficult or downright impossible. Bynder offers us a centralized place to store all of our digital assets, and we're able to easily share them with vendors or internal users while still keeping appropriate permissions in place.

 ### 2. An amazing team!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristen E. | Senior Brand Identity and Design, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

It's a super easy to use and clean platform, very straightforward but also can get very complex.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

You can get ver complex/deep with the platform and it might be hard catching duplicates of things in the backend when developing.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy to find imagery or branded templates with just a few clicks.

 ### 3. Bynder as a DAM

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anastasiya V. | Marketing Assets Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 03, 2024

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

We use Bynder as our main DAM. Bynder is slowly becoming the source of truth for all thighs assets company wide. This year we went through a major taxonomy refresh and improved our filtering system. What I really like about Bynder is the ease of finding assets when you have a good filtering system in place. The results get smaller and smaller with the more filters one selects; and with just a few clicks, one can get to the assets they were looking for. Also, our success managers and onboarding team were always hands on, and anytime something had to be changed or wasn't quite the way we wanted, they managed to find a solution for the problem. Overall, I'm really satisfied with Bynder. And compared to a couple of years back when I first started using it, I can definitely see that there has been a big improvement to the platform.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

When we ask for some specific changes that we would like to implement, sometimes these updates aren't possible to be excuted from Bynder's side. And this can be quite frustrating as this could be game changer for our specific business.

I think it would be great if Bynder gave the option to work with engineers directly to implement these changes. Since I believe other customers would likely benefit from them as well.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bynder is a great tool to distribute assets with other parties. For instance we use it for internal as well as external purposes. And we know that this is a very safe way to send out assets. Also having the option to create different levels and groups to restrite what can be viewed is really beneficial. Lastly, it's also great to have the option to archive assets, since people aren't able to access them once they've been archived.

 ### 4. Great DAM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospitality | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

Our company has had experience with multiple digital asset management (DAM) systems over the years, but switching to Bynder has been a game-changer. The implementation team was fantastic, ensuring a smooth transition and addressing any concerns we had promptly and efficiently.

Bynder’s product itself is fantastic. It provides an incredibly user-friendly platform that makes managing a large volume of digital assets a breeze. We’ve been particularly impressed with the AI image search and natural language search features—these innovative tools have been widely adopted by our end users, significantly improving their workflow and efficiency.

The Bynder team also does an excellent job of regularly releasing new features and updates, ensuring that we are always benefiting from the latest advancements. Overall, we couldn't be happier with our decision to switch to Bynder. It has truly transformed our digital asset management processes for the better.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

Some of the areas such as Bynder Studio need to be enhanced a little more than they exist today, but we're confident that the team is aware of our requirements and actively thinking about them on their roadmap.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solve the ability to manage a large amount of assets with license and usage rights.

 ### 5. Progressive Dental > Bynder Review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

I think its great that its a one stop shop for everything and a place to house our assets for our internal team and our clients alike

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

There is a learning curve but made easy with the onboarding

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Asset management and storage to have everything in one place

 ### 6. Bynder is the Modern Day DAM

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bruce C. | Marketing Operations Manager, Consumer Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

One of my reponsibilities as Delivery Operations Manager, is to manage the paid media team which includes social media. My team is responsible for collecting creative and copy assets in order to publish social ads. There are a lot of steps and moving parts between ideation and delivery. We needed a tool that would simplify our process so we can increase speed to market.

Bynder makes it easy to upload, download and manage images and copy decks. The AI feature also helps with tagging and adding Meta data. It's super easy to search for any asset by simply using the search bar.

Version control saves a ton of time by making sure our users are using the latest version of your creative assets and copy decks. We can easily track changes and compare different versions of an asset to see how it has changed.

Brand consistency is fundamental to our business. We created a wonderful online Brand Guidelines page that informs our staff on how to use our brand whether they want to use our logos, fonts, photos and other assets.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

Bynder's pricing can be high, especially for smaller businesses or teams with limited budgets. Additionally, some third-party integrations may come with additional monthly fees. That being said, they are an industry leader so if your company can afford it, I recommend the investment.

We also found the onboarding took long. It took about 5 months with weekly 1 hour meetings. The onboarding team does go through a lot of details and they are very knowledgable. I recommend to book two meetings per week to speed up the process.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As Delivery Operations Manager, one of my key responsibilities is to make sure our processes more agile. This means adding a tool in our tech stack that will play well with our other tools and speed up our delivery to market without affecting our accuracy and quality. One of the biggest issues we faced was having our digital assets live in mutlitple places: One Drive, Teams, AssetBank and peoples laptop harddrives. This cause duplications and use of expired assets. Sometimes outdated assets would go to market by accident. Not good!

With Bynder, all of our digital assets live in one place securely. We even started using Bynder to house some of our important documents. This makes it easy to find and access the assets you need, when you need them, without having to search through multiple folders or cloudl drives. Most DAMs have a complicated folder structure which is daunting to use. Bynder is driven by a search bar just like Google.

Adding Bynder to Wrike has really helped streamline our processes and workflows. No more downloading assets to your desktop! Simply grab from Bynder from within Wrike! Also, the advanced search and filtering has made it easier for our employees to find the assets they are looking for, quickly. We used to use AssetBank which is very outdated and cumbersome. Our team loves using Bydner!

 ### 7. Bynder has been a company-wide necessary tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jasmin R. | Production Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2024

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

Bynder has really helped orgaize all of our assets. It is incredibly helpful to have all the info for each asset, so that cross-functional partners can also work with the assets and information. It has really streamlined everyone's workflow, and has saved everyone hours of time which was previously spent simply finding the asset in another software. It helps people focus on working and being creative, because now the tool has made the organization of what colleagues are looking for so much easier. I also really like it's filters so that there are easy ways to find assets. The customer support is also really fast and helpful, I always get my emails responded to same-day with very helpful solutions. I use Bynder multiple times a day and it's become a necessary part of my workflow.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

Bynder is a really helpful tool with a lot of features, and for the most part there is an easy entry point to learn how to use these features. Though, to use Bynder to it's fullest potential, there is a learning curve and someone needs to spend a lot of time fully understanding how to best use these advanced features. Though, I think that's just the way it is and it would be difficult for Bynder to make this an easy process.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bynder has really helped to organize all of our assets. Prior, they lived in folders in Dropbox which was just not the best solution, especially because in comparison Dropbox lacks features to be able to have a broader view of all of your assets. I love that now I can filter in Bynder what I am looking for, and see so many assets together at a glance. This really has taken hours off of my work because I can find assets so much faster now.

 ### 8. A great tool for managing business wide assets.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark H. | Website Manager, Marketing and Advertising, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2024

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

Having a single tool for managing the whole company's creative assets has been a game changer. It saves a huge amount of time in collecting and rounding up assets for campaigns, and having the control to manage what is private and public is great.

Loading video assets on web pages directly from the Bynder collections brings down loading times compared to embeding direct from the site or embedding YT / Vimeo etc.

Navigation is quick and snappy and the UI makes it very clear and easy to navigate to the content you need quickly.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

Overall I think it's a fantastic system and no real complaints.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're a large multinational company, and having a single tool to manage and store all assets for marketing campaigns and web for the whole business really helps us keep organised and save time.

So not only is it time saving, but the performance of laod times etc is top tier too.

 ### 9. Impactful and User-Friendly Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kelley F. | Brand Marketing Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2024

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

I use it daily and have really enjoyed the experience. It's quite user-friendly for both as the brand and for customers who may not be as technology savvy. The fact that you can download multiple file types it useful. And the multiple sharing options - where it's with a link, creating a collection or sharing in email. The filtering helps to find the right assets as well.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

Not necessarily a downside by an opportunity to implement AI into the platform to help with the search functionality. So if people don't know exactly what filters to apply but can describe what they're looking for, that would be a great addition.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Bynder, there was a huge burden on our internal team. Previously customers were required to reach out for every image, asset, video that they required to support their business which meant our internal team had to manually find the assets on our server, create a link in wetransfer and send to them. Now it is a very self-service tool and has meant our team can focus on other high priority projects.

 ### 10. Bynder X NGO

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Flavio G. | Multimedia Producer and Audiovisual Officer for Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2024

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

It's really really easy to use.
Even tho we don't know much about it yet on the many things that can be done with it, it's really easy to use. We are definitely looking forward to see when it's gonna be integrated with the CMS as well. But overall it's a very good tool.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

In my opinion what is missing is a better shaped workflow for related assets.
We produce videos in differente languages and versions: it could be English, French, German, Italian and so on with vertical and horizontal versions as well. It would be nice to have a way to have one assets that could be the clean version of the video and then like related assets but better shaped the rest of the material. So you open one file and you can immediately review all the different assets.

Another thing that wuold be idea for us is to implement a good way to attach legal documents to the assets. We work with people and consents, so a proper way to link this two things. (A photo\video and their consent form)

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bynder is solving the problem of distribution our media within our network and to external actors like tv news channels, news outlets and so on.
It's benefiting me because I handle all the material coming from the operation, and only by putting this on Bynder everyone can see and download.

 ### 11. Top Tier Experience with Account Executive and Onboarding Manager!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sam I. | Content Producer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

Bynder is a phenomenal Digital Asset Manager. Its functions and features have met and exceeded all my expectations for a DAM, but more than the product itself, the true highlight has been the staff and community supporting it. Matthew Smith was a great Account Executive—always well-prepared, informed, and dedicated to answering all our questions, which gave us full confidence in the product and brand. Francine Rodriguez was a phenomenal Onboarding Manager. I cannot express how impressed I was with her knowledge, ability, and dedication to ensuring our success. She knew how to balance educating and prompting action with such grace. I have never had a customer support experience come close to what I experienced with her—she is truly the best!

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

I’ve encountered a few hangups, such as issues with refreshing changes on the homepage, delays in thumbnail appearances while uploading, and some features that aren’t the most intuitive.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bynder has eliminated the frustration of lost assets, cluttered digital storage, and the headache of navigating an unorganized file system. It has made a huge difference by bringing structure, organization, and ease of use, allowing me to find what I need quickly and efficiently.

 ### 12. Best in class DAM!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jezmynne A. | Digital Asset Management Librarian, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2024

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

What do I like best about Bynder? The people, by far! Bynder's customer service sets a bar for all others to reach. Questions and issues are addressed promptly and all of the amazing staff are kind, patient, helpful, and courteous. Bynder is more than a system, it's a team of people invested in your success, demonstrated by outstanding customer service via email or through your CSM. Bynder extends its community outside itself, hosting and leading a diverse and active community of users and platform dedicated to sharing information for best practices. So many answers and ideas are found in the community!

The system is full of first class features and functionality, and integrates with other systems easily either by its sophisticated API or prebuilt integrations from the Integrations Hub. The DAM is easy to use and Bynder makes good use of tool tips throughout the system adding clarity when needed. Bynder focuses on steady growth and development as well, and you can expect new features, functionality, and improvements with every product release. The company does listen to its customers, and I've seen many enhancement requests come to fruition!

Overall the company is a trustworthy partner. The people are fantastic and the tool does its job very well. 10/10 I'd choose Bynder again!

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

The taxonomy interface is not the best. There's a ton of wasted white space, making the actual work area very small and difficult to use. It's easy to set up, but a total drag to update because of the teeny work panel on the right side of the screen, especially Configurations. We have over 2700 terms in our taxonomy representing six unique child taxonomies, and managing all the configurations in those three inches of web browser is some of the most painful work I have to do.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bynder is our source of truth for our Product Information Management solution and sources our content management solutions and intranet. Bynder mitigates risk to the organization by ensuring the right asset gets to the right place at the right time. Bynder saves the company time and money by providing assets to all employees, making sure that every communication and presentation is on brand and using a properly licensed asset.

 ### 13. Great and efficient!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diane T. | Content Operations and Production Manager Junior, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

The ease of use primarily and the smooth integration.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

Nothing I disliked in particular I can think of.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having all assets in one place and therefore avoiding getting different requests from different members to get X or Y assets.

 ### 14. Very complex solution with smooth implementation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tereza M. | Content Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2024

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

The best for us is the ease of use, Bynder is very intuitive. The tagging and absence of folder strucutre makes everything much easier for us. Also the integration to our ERP system thru API is a huge help for us.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

It has been a year since we have started with Bynder. We are still very satisfied with it. There is always a solution for our need. We had a little problem with the support, where we expeted bigger help, but once we claimed it to the Bynder team it improved.
Regarding the DAM itself, it still covers all our needs and is super helpful for our company. It feels like we could not live without it anymore as we use it really every day;)

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bynder solved for us problem with searchability of our assets and also of delivery of the assets as it is connected to our ERP systems these things are done automatically. Also saves our time as uploading assets and sharing assets is much easier and faster.

 ### 15. Well cared for every step of the way...

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric P. | Opinions Editor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2024

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

From my sales associate, Nikki, to my primary "trainer," Rachel, Bynder made sure we were set up for success. The software itself is intuitive and literally grows its usefulness as everyone becomes more familiar. We presented a revision in our contractual agreement, and the legal team at Bynder was responsive, never dismissive, and willing to work with us on addressing our concerns. The price is fair, the support is prompt, and the organization has clearly embraced positive employee relations.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

I'm still relying on my sales trainer, more than technical support. Though prompt, tech support in our situation appears to have limited difficulty in understanding our minor issues. I'm confident that moving forward, once WE have a better understanding the platform, this situation will resolve itself.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Especially with the Artificial Intelligence features, the platform is helping us identify and deploy media assets in a timely fashion.

 ### 16. Bynder: a DAM good asset management system

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sabrina C. | External Sales Support Advisor, Wholesale, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

User-friendly interface that is intuitive to use.
Easy set-up, apart from the integration of legacy assets (migration), the tool takes very little time to set up and start using.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

The lack of a folder structure, though the search feature is very robust, it is not robust enough yet to accomodate a large-scale database with 500 000 + assets. Searching and selecting files should allow for more complex search queries (combining AND OR NOT natively in the metaproperties structure and not just by using the code in the search bar)

More flexibility in the data model, it is for example not possible to create a boolean field.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bynder is providing us with a single source-of-truth for all digital assets, starting with the marketing-related assets and we are currently rolling out projects to include all product-related assets as well. Moreover, Bynder is making it possible to easily distribute these assets to downstream target components such as our ecommerce system, website and other components.

 ### 17. Library tool of digital assets

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Doreen N. | Graphic Designer, Brand Management, Building Materials, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

• collections are a great on sharing assets for outside and internal people, saves on trying to attach assets in an email
• works like dropbox when sharing a collection with vendors -- PDF under additional files is a ZIP file (with orginal doc/font/artwork)
• working towards having the site to be the single source of truth
• now with AI of Show Similar it does help narrow the search
• saves time on requests, when my team has access to the assets and then are able to find them with common tags we share
• when making a file public and sharing the link it is great to followup to see the analytics of how many have viewed the file
• there is an ease of uploading assets, the challenge is to get all uploaders to tag assets
• appreciate the feature of "related assets" -- this is super helpful when you want assets to group together

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

• Not all employees are on the same page when tagging assets on the upload, which can make it a challenge to find something.
• pinpointing a specific asset at times can be a challenge
• it would be great upon upload if the asset would be flagged as a duplicate before upload just to be sure the question would be asked if this is a new asset to replace the old

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Share assets requests with inside/outside people without attaching files in an email. Once a collection is made able to reuse it many times.

 ### 18. Scaling a Creative Team Made Easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Conrad A. | Design Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

The fact that it integrates with the design software (photoshop) that my team is already using is extremely easy for us to navigate. The training and implementation from the Bynder team to get us up and running was super easy and helpful. Support team is always fast and typically replies with a definitive answer. We've completed over 330 Bynder projects so our teams are using Bynder daily. It's been a great way for our creative team to stay creative and our other teams to do whatever they do.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

Downsides can be training and overall understanding for new users. Making Bynder training videos that can easily be found would be a great way to resolve this problem.

Some organization features of collections and templates could be improved, and then some studio features could be improved as well. Dual approvals would be nice or group approvals as well. But Bynder seems to be growing quickly and adding new features.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I lead the design team and in the past we were paying our creatives to just change dates and times on promotional materials. That's not really creative work, that's admin work. Now, with Bynder, the creative team can create promotions, pass the detail work over to our other teams and they can add the details specific to their date, time or location. As our organization is growing and adding new locations, Bynder has allowed us to scale like never before and keeps our teams doing the things they were hired to do. It also reduces the amount of staff needed each time we open a new location, so it's cost effectiveness has been essential to bringing new locations to market without spending a fortune.

Everyone is on brand, all the time, no one is going rogue in other creative softwares and the creative team is in control of it all. It's absolutely beautiful.

 ### 19. Bynder DAM at Publishing Biz

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brett L. | Special Project Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

Easy, intuitive UI and pretty comprehensive API which is great for custom import/export and 3rd party integration needs. We got our implementation done for our primary use cases done very quickly and easily, with great and accessible support from a friendly and helpful team. Jakob and Carina were outstanding.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

Not a criticism of Bynder - just a reality of the project to be done: it's important to prepare your loading data and taxonomic structure well to avoid doing things over and over. This is best done through experience if you have a complex use case and several different business function areas to consider.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Storage and management of digital assets (ebooks). Integrated with front end webstores via API for consistent price/product/metadata management.

 ### 20. Bynder is wildly flexible and customizable.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joe B. | Manager, Marketing and Communications, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

There seem to be lots of ways to control access levels based on different users.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

Everything has seemed very intuitive despite the broad complexity of everything Bynder offers.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bynder is much faster for browsing things like photos and files, compared to our IT dept's shared server or Dropbox. Additionally, the tagging and creation of galleries allows us to very quickly find something via search rather than just browse.

 ### 21. An essential DAM ecosystem for our business

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Craig B. | Creative Lead , Manufacturing, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

The first positive impressions began at the sales stage with the patience and demonstration skills provided by Kevin Penhouet who ensured Bynder could meet all our tool requirements and license needs within budget. We took our time and got it right!

Bynder meets all our expectations and right from the first moment of logging in you enjoy an extremely user-friendly experience with ease of navigation. Bynder DAM, along with Brand Guidelines and Workflow modules are a game changer for our global business as it allows all our users (over 4k) to have access at their fingertips to visual assets and documents they require on a daily basis. It creates a much more efficient way of working and encourages sharing and collaboration between our Business Units. It also requires minimum daily administration once the Taxonomy discipline is set up along with and all user access levels. Just as we wanted, the onboarding process was thorough and detailed to meet our complex needs. We are very grateful to the skills of Jade Rubio and Bjorn Burger for their expertise and for creating an enjoyable on-boarding learning process, answering all our questions and always providing solutions for all our requests. Now that we have launched, our internal and external users are positive about all the DAM features such as Sharing collections, Bynder Express and Workflow.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

All is very positive - it is such a user-friendly sytem that it is difficult to identify dislikes. The Knowledge Bank, Bynder Seminars along with the Bynder community make it easy to self-learn and quickly find your own solutions during the learning process. These facilities help build up confidence to administrate the site once the on-boarding period ends. We are currently in the process of connecting Optimizely, Wordpress and Sharepoint so at time of writing I cannot review this part of our Bynder Ecosytem intergration - hopefully they all connect smoothly.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bynder allows us to store all our global assets into one system making it a more cost effecient and user friendly experience for our internal and external users. Connecting all our platforms into one intergrated ecosystem is an essential benefit with Bynder at the heart of it.

 ### 22. Launch success!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carrie R. | Senior Art Director, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

I love how we've been able to configure Bynder in a way that works for our team. Based on other use case examples we saw, it seems what we were trying to do was a little more complex than most, but with the support of our AMAZING launch team we launched with just what we needed. I can't speak more highly of our launch team – they met with us regularly throughout our implementation process, explained every element, and answered as many questions as we had until we felt confident we understood. They brought in SMEs when needed and always followed up on our more complex issues. We launched not too long ago, and our users are finding the platform so easy to navigate to find the assets they're looking for thanks both to our own diligent planning/research but also the support of our Bynder Launch Team.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

Some of software terminology and UI feels more complex than it should – I imagine this is due to the ongoing innovation and addition of features/tools. At some point it would be great if they could pause making new features and reshuffle and rename the admin areas to make them a little simpler and intuitive. Fortunately this mostly doesn't trickle down to the end users, so their experience isn't impacted.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had files literally everwhere – sharepoint/onedrive, individual hard drives, project management sites – and Bynder is creating a single source of truth for our core brand assets, which includes content and paid media. Instead of having duplicates of files and version control issues, Bynder's excellent search and filtering increases the accuracy and speed of staff to be able to find what they need.

 ### 23. Very efficient and user friendly way to handle all marketing assets

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lisa B. | Product Manager Neuhaus , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2024

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

Its intuitive to use the tool. This makes it easy to onboard large groups of colleagues without too much effort. I really like the filters too. This makes it so much easier to find the asset you are looking for. The implementation of the tool was extremely well done by the team who helped us set the tool up.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

The fact that the number of people being able to upload assets is limited. Now I sometimes have to revoke & regrand access when someone else needs to upload. It is probably possible to have more light admin seats but then you need to upgrade the subscription which will cost more money

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before the marketing team had to send pictures to differebnt departments via wetransfer. Now the tool is availble to everyone and they can find and download the assets themselves which saves us a lot of time

 ### 24. Great Tool to Help Us Streamline Asset Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elyse R. | Marketing Operations Director, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

Bynder takes the guesswork out of asset management for our company. Both customers and internal team members can easily access all relevant information they need based on their role. It has also made it easy to ensure assets are archived or updated automatically as needed.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

The only downside is that metadata added to an asset in Bynder isn't then embedded in the asset.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bynder is helping ensure all of our content is up to date and easily accessible to those who need it.

 ### 25. Bynder DAM review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Richard A. | Digital manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2024

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

The application has a neat user interface both for editors and visitors. This was the key factor in our due dilligence when comparing viable DAM vendors for enterprise usage in 2023.

Bynder has a strong commitment to serve both customers and partners; their Bynder DAM conference in Amsterdam in 2024 reassured me and others that Bynder is here to stay and well established to invest in new capabilities.

Another strong reason for us choosing Bynder was its ability to integrate with other applications, such as Sitecore CMS.

The onboarding and support from Bynder during the implementation phase has been very good. Now when ready to launch, we are dealing with the Customer success team and we have had continous support from the technical team when needed, eg regarding setting up SSO.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

Scaling up users and adding new Bynder products are quite expensive. Likewise, connectors to external applications are not cheap.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We want to make sure that our media assets are efficiently and securely managed. Having them stored and accessible via APIs allows us to aspire for a "single source of truth" while also having a centralized location to assess files on the fly.

 ### 26. Amazing Experience!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nolan T. | Website Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 11, 2024

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

I like how easy it is to use Bynder, and how we can customize the main page to match our brand

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

The approval process when giving access to external people

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were using Google Drive to store asset before, and it was hard to find the asset we need because different team store the assets in different folder and Google Drive doesn't really have a functionality to find the files

 ### 27. Learning a powerful tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Devices | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

The ability to safely organize and segment our internal collateral
Forces organization to organize internal collateral
Customer support is amazing

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

There are many features so takes time for full implementation and integration into daily use.
Requires training for ease of use and integration, but training has been solid.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizing collateral and ensuring that only the correct teams/individuals have access to the collateral.

 ### 28. Robust Helpful Team and DAM

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kelly S. | Senior Digital Asset Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2024

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

While fairly new to Bynder as a DAM, we still have some areas to figure out - but the support staff and CSM has been very helpful in getting us set up. It is a robust system that allows for a lot of flexibility in handling different types of assets and controlling who has access. They always seem to be staying up to date on technology and new features. The collections are extremely helpful - the interface is very clean and user friendly.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

Recently we have experienced several system wide bugs for different components, but Bynder support has been quick to resolve. It would be helpful to receive any updates ahead of time if system changes will be made that could cause bugs. More clarity around pricing structures would also be helpful.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Digital rights management, file sharing, integrating with our website, etc.

 ### 29. Flexible, supportive onboarding

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Khiloni D. | Digital Marketing Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2024

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

I had a fantastic experience working with Bynder! The team was incredibly supportive and flexible throughout the entire onboarding process. They were quick to accommodate my availability, understanding that I was balancing a full-time role with multiple priorities. The onboarding was tailored to fit my schedule, allowing me to progress at a pace that worked for me without feeling overwhelmed. Overall, I’m impressed not only by the platform but by the team’s dedication to making our experience smooth and successful. Highly recommend their services.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

My experience with Bynder was generally positive, though there were a few areas where I feel there could be improvement. While the team was supportive and flexible with my schedule, there were moments where the onboarding process felt a bit rushed due to my competing priorities. It would have been helpful to have more tailored resources or checkpoints to ensure I was fully up-to-speed. That said, the team was very responsive to any questions I had, and I appreciate their commitment to making the process work for me.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bynder has become our single source of truth, making it so much easier to find and share images. Previously, our images were scattered across various folders, which made finding and sharing assets challenging. Now, everything is centralised and accessible, saving us time and streamlining our workflow!

 ### 30. Single source of truth

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Waldo J. | Senior Graphic Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2024

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

It is like the title explains, a single source of truth. In our organisation we work with thousands of highres images of our products/projects/materials. And before Bynder all these images were found all over our server. Sometimes 4/5 copies were found. Our IT departement was constantly upgrading their server space to keep up with all these gigabytes of data, and always the question was; which image is the newest and is there also a lowres or a highres image. Working with bynder, all our assets are in one place and its easy to maintain up2date. Now our website, our pricelist and a couple of other programs are having a integration with bynder. And so we know, that the product shown, is the right one and in the highest quality. A single source of truth!

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

Maybe i haven't found it and should i speak to our support manager. But I would like to see a easier external user shell/portal. Now all our seats/users we have and use are company related people. But we would like to share all our assets in a easier way with our customers. They don't need to login to bynder but if there was a possibility to view our assets through a shell on top of bynder. That would be great. And if they wanted to use something, they can add it through a shoppingcart system. Something just like shutterstock, were you can see all their assets even without loggin in.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Distribution digital assets from our products to various digital systems, and always with a single source of truth.

 ### 31. Great DAM, but missing some flexibility in pricing and basic offers

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephanie R. | Partner Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2023

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

The metaproperties and filtering system are great and easy to use. As a DAM it functions exactly as we'd like and we love the file sharing system that it has.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

We still struggle with the Studio module and the options that are there. Their basic options are also very basic for the price and while it is a great tool, there are certain features in the analytics portal, for example, that you have to add to your package that we feel should be a basic offering. We've also struggled with the after sales service. Onboarding was great, but as we are a relatively small company compared to some other Bynder users, it does feel that we really have to struggle to get support.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sharing with customers! Having one place where we can access all our assets without dragging and dropping is a great asset for us. We also like that it is one place to store all our assets and have a full overview of what we have.

 ### 32. Great user friendly system

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tayla B. | Marketing Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

We’re impressed with how user-friendly Bynder is; it’s incredibly accessible, making it easy for everyone on our team to use. The intuitive search function lets us find assets quickly, which streamlines our workflow. We also really like the Bynder Express file-sharing feature, which makes sharing collections with others quickly and efficiently. Overall, the team really enjoys using Bynder—it’s a powerful tool that has enhanced our productivity.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

We’ve noticed that Bynder’s site speed can be quite slow for users in New Zealand and Australia, which occasionally hinders productivity and can be a bit frustrating. Additionally, the print brand templates feature could benefit from an update; currently, it sends an email alert to all users every time a new job is created, leading to unnecessary notifications and some user complaints. Enhancing these areas would greatly improve our experience and make Bynder an even more effective tool for our team!

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bynder has been a game-changer in consolidating our files, which were previously scattered across multiple sites, hard drives, and applications. With Bynder, we now have a centralised, single source of truth. This platform makes it easy to connect our assets with our sales team, enabling quick access to the resources they need.

 ### 33. Convenient, and accessibe

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joshua W. | Director of Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

Bynder presents assets in ways that are easier to sort/filter than traditional folders. The layout helps users on my team find what they need quickly. It also makes sharing assets with outside parties simple. Create collections and share a link to view or download. No more file transfers. We use it simply as a DAM without many of the other features, and it works well for our needs.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

The automatic resizing and studio features were oversold to us and are not as practical as we would hope. We wanted to be able to download specificly sized assets for different uses, but in order to have this functionality, every single assets (upon upload) would be multiplied into however many size variations we wanted. This instantly multiplied the amount of storage needed and made it no longer cost effective. The cost in general for the software is steep. It's been worth it so far but it's a lot to stomach for an independent brand.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All internal team members have access to our assets and can find what they need so we do not need to spend the time on our creative team searching and sharing the files people are looking for.

 ### 34. Overall, it's a great tool for how we use it internally and with select Partners.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amber B. | Content & Communications Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

It's an easy way for our Marketing team to disseminate current branded materials, product photography, product launch guides, customer images and stories, etc. I recently updated the taxonomy to hopefully improve search results. And being able to host links to public collections to our select Partner channels has been really valuable.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

I wish that as the main admin of our instance that I had more control over Collections created by anyone with access. We now have to share all collections across the marketing team to help prevent duplicates, be able to all contribute to a collection. As an admin, I find it rediculous that I am unable to see or delete collections that are no longer in use unless I created it or it has been shared with editing rights. We now have a bunch of collections that i can't remove or merge because of this. Also, it would be great if on the asset level we can see what collections that asset belongs to. Right now, we would have to click on each collection to see what ones an asset is in and then remove it manually for each one. It should be something we can see and control from an asset level. This visibility will also help confirm that there are no duplicate assets because someone can't see that it's in a different collection. Also, having a better way of organizing assets WITHIN a collection would be great....like a folderized capability within a collection....or be able to have collections within a collection.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Internally, it's a way for Marketing to disseminate branded content, logos, document and presentation templates for our Sales, Product Management, and Executive teams. Externally, we use public collection links that are hosted on our Partner Portal for our Partners to download logos, product photography, and other marketing content and product materials so that they can promote our products to their end users. We also use it to have our booth vendor and graphic designer have access to high res images for graphics and content projects.

 ### 35. Francine was very helpful!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hunter B. | Marketing Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

Bynder will make finding assets easier for our team.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

The only downside I can think of off the top of my head is the limited number of seats.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bynder is helping us organize our assets into one place.

 ### 36. Bynder implementation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jesse F. | Marketing Digital Asset Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

Great UI, intuitive functionality, easy to use from both an end-user and admin side. Support staff was great in getting us setup, we were able to take the ball and run with it very quickly.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

Admin functionality can be somewhat limited in certain areas. Ex- admins cannot impersonate users or control collections made by other users.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing a single repository and source of truth for official brand assets, projects and broadcast assets. Allows for easy control of who can view what assets. Enables a dynamic tagging taxonomy for easy search and organization.

 ### 37. Great onboarding experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

Modern UX for users, affordable for our company use case, customizable to brand standards, straightforward workflow when adding/organizing media.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

The Amazon gift card they're giving me for completing this review is $25 instead of $26. In this economy?

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Content distribution to retailers and media partners. One source of truth for imagery that is organized and tagged properly.

 ### 38. Bynder is a great tool for managing assets for all the channels in one place

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bibhishan D. | QA Lead, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

Bynder has a user-friendly interface that allows users to easily configure Asset and their data.

You can Manage the different types of Assets that's like Images, PDF, Video, .gif, ZIP etc

Bynder also provides the API's those can be used to import or export the assets

You can define the meta properities and meta values as per your requirments, also you can define the role and permissions so that users will have proper access

Bynder provides the feasiblity to integrate with different channels easly

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

I think there is a less help documents and video tutorials for someone like fresher wants to understand Bynder properly

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can manage all our assets in one place, eliminating the need for multiple systems for asset management. If any application requires an asset, we can simply share its URL, allowing easy access

 ### 39. Great tool with excellent onboarding

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

What I like most about Bynder is the intuitive user interface combined with the powerful search function. Especially in large teams with many digital assets, it saves an enormous amount of time. The ability to structure files clearly and tag them with metadata greatly facilitates management. Additionally, sharing content with internal and external partners is super easy – no more endless email chains, but everything is centrally controlled and traceable. The branding management is also a big plus: It's easy to create and share brand-compliant content.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

There is nothing about the tool that I personally dislike.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

long searching for assets, sharing with external partners, filter functions for searching, tagging

 ### 40. Professional, flexible and friendly

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

Having a one-stop-shop for all our media will help our organization to be faster and more agile

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

The UI and naming is not always intuitive. That might be that Im used to another DAM solution from previous employeer.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being the one that sits on all the media usually, this opens up a lot of time to work on "more important tasks" than sending images/assets/videos to everyone.

 ### 41. Second-to-none support!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

The PEOPLE! My onboarding experience with Nick and Andrea (and shoutout Rocio as well who made an effort to attend so many of our meetings to be as informed as possible when taking over as account manager) was second to none. They were incredibly supportive, helping work with my timeline as well as theirs, so that the project could be completed successfully in a way that was efficient for my org. They answered my dozens - and I mean dozens - of questions with care and intention, and always made me feel like they had my back. The BEST onboarding team I could have ever asked for.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

Nothing! My onboarding team was incredible.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We do not have a centralized asset management system.

 ### 42. Needed an EASY digital asset management system

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

First is the support. The on-boarding team and the on-going account management mean we are never ever ever stuck.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

That we did not use it sooner. We struggled with another product for 2 years.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bynder saves us time - no more searching through a folder tree. During on-boarding we developed a custom taxonomy that matches the way we create / and how we use assets. The result is a fun, fast, easy archive of assets.

 ### 43. The most seamless onboarding process ever!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicola L. | Director, Digital Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2024

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

From my initial inquiry through implemention, my experience with the folks at Bynder has been nothing but A+. Bynder as a DAM is intuitive, easy to use and even easier to set-up. But what really makes Bynder steller is the support you recieve from the team. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, super helpful and just all around great to work with.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

It is hard to come up with any cons for Bynder but I don't like reviews that don't have any so if I have to be super picky, it would be nice to have some more design options for collections and just sharing assets in general.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We currently do not have a DAm we have a mix of Google drive folders and project management systems. Bynder is already making us more effecient at identify content gaps we have and version control.

 ### 44. We Love Bynder!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emma H. | Traffic Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

Bynder is so easy to use and has reduced our turnaround time with deliverables by so much! We use it constantly, and it has made our internal processes so much simpler and more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

Nothing so far, and every time we've needed to reach out for support, the Success Squad has been incredible.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Bynder, we used a combination of a shared server and SharePoint to store our assets. This meant that anytime a client asked for a specific asset, it was a toss-up whether it would be easy to find or not. Creative directors would sometimes spend hours looking for a specific photo. With Bynder, it's as simple as filtering or searching--eliminating entirely the feeling of searching for a needle in a haystack.

 ### 45. From the start, the team was incredibly organized, responsive, and supportive.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Justin F. | Marketing Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

The search functionality is extremely helpful. Our team currently relies on a folder structure to organize assets, which can sometimes make it difficult to remember exactly where everything is stored.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

As of right now I do not have anything negative to say about Bynder.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the key business problems Bynder is helping us solve is the challenge of efficiently handing over assets to our distributors. In the past, this process has been inconsistent. The Collections feature in Bynder is a game-changer.

 ### 46. Good onboarding, longer internal set up

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jasper V. | Digital Coordinator & Content Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

Easy to use, good onboarding team with a straightforward plan, good support and a handy knowledge base.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

It takes quite a lot of fine-tuning for the automatization to work like we want them to work and for the taxonomy to make sense for our organization.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finding the right file within seconds rather then searching for minutes on our own server. Easy to distribute asset outside of the platform.

 ### 47. Solid DAM product with compelling creative automation and content management features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Klaus-Dieter R. | Platform Delivery Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

Intuitive DAM core that is easy to support and extend without technical involvement. Investment over the past 3 years in Brand Guidelines, Studio, Content workflow etc has strengthened the platform as a goto DAM and Creative Automation platform. Integrates well with most third party platforms.

Dedicated Customer Support Managers help to ease any friction with the platform and work actively to keep customer engaged and informed on platform updates. Bynder has a clear roadmap and delivers well on their promises. Recent moves to support Asia Pacific region with sales and support staff out of Melbourne has been welcomed.

Platform was simple to implement with a great set of onboarding consultants from Bynder. Their teams understand the product well, including any weaknesses, and are open to take feedback to enhance the product. Bynder product owners regularly engage with community to improve the product in an open an transparent manner.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

Bynder Homepage tools feel dated and complex when managing different experiences by language, market etc. New planned enhancements using Landing page tools should help aleviate this friction.

Woud be nice to have more flexibility to display higher resolution previews in the DAM, minor gripe.

Increasing pattern of new features being pitched as solo standalone modules/features (i.e. Search AI, Analytics API) at additional cost, when there is a clear case that some of these could be expected as part of core features; especially for enterprise customers.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing a simple and easy to use DAM product in a B2B setting for 20,000+ global clubs and staff. Bynder provides a set of tools that offer great flexibility to self manage DAM experience, Metadata and supporting Brand Guidelines and content (guides pages and landing pages). Bynder significantly accelerates our ability to deliver finalised marketing assets and campaigns direct to our customers. Strong asset analytics tools, and great support for multiple languages.

It is easy to share the assets
The ai search functionality is key for us
The SSO function was easy to implement and good for our internal teams
Nicole was very responsive and understood all of our out-of-the-box ideas when it came to set up
Organizing all of the assets was easy and simple to edit as we grow

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

Some admin work that was not initially anticipated

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Searching and sharing of assets!

 ### 49. New Bynder Users

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eleanor F. | Marketing Communications Content Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

We've been using Bynder for a couple of months now. We are in the process of uploading all of our content. The tool is easy to use and adopt. The onboarding team is very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

Some of the features are limited, such as the cropping and resizing capabilities. You don't get a lot of analytics about users and performance with the basic program.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is giving us an easy. searchable library for our assets.

 ### 50. Effective and scalable

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Banking | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Bynder?**

We have been using the Bynder DAM now for over a year. A very robust onboarding that got us comfortable using the system and ready to go off on our own. Since then, our customer success manager has been great. We meet monthly to discuss roadmap items and she is very quick to respond inbetween meetings for any questions that arise. Likewise, the Bynder support is super quick to respond and get quick resolution to any problems or questions arise. The other great thing I've noticed is Bynder is constantly innovating and rolling out enhanced features that further progress the use of the DAM it's other modules and integrations.

**What do you dislike about Bynder?**

Some Bynder modules, such as Studio, are limited at the moment, although they have roadmap updates coming soon to make it more robust. Also some admin related things must be done on the Bynder side, which isn't a big deal since their support team is always and available and turns things around very quickly.

**What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our overall goal was to find a modern DAM platform that could serve as a central hub, connecting our digital ecosystem. A past challenge was version control, not only in our DAM, but having a separate manual process for updating assets in our CMS. We were able to integrate our CMS so that Bynder is now our single source of truth for assets, populating the latest versions of our assets across our web pages. Our users are also benefiting from a quick and easy to navigate system thanks to the smart search and filtering features, plus allowing personal collections, cutting down the time it takes them to arrive at the assets needed. We've also added on CX for user communities to allow us to build guides and pages to give a landing place for "resource centers", training material, etc that gives context about purpose behind our assets.
