Not all images have correct keywords which makes it hard for an unfamiliar user to find lifestyle images that might be obscurely labeled. **What problems is Acquia DAM (Widen) solving and how is that benefiting you?** Many users sharing images together. For my job, there are always a lot of requests for photos from different departments in my company. Making collections is an easy way to keep everything organized, especially when I am working on multiple requests at the same time for different colleagues. **What do you dislike about Acquia DAM (Widen)?** I don't like how when you click on certain things that take you to a new window, when you press the back button, it takes you to the very beginning of your scrolling (or to a different part of the search all-together), and I lose my spot in my search after scrolling through hundreds of photos or documents looking for what I need. It causes extra time out of my busy schedule to have to go back and look for where I left off. **Recommendations to others considering Acquia DAM (Widen):** Great for organizing photos or any other material that needs to be collected in one place. I think one of the greatest benefits is being able to upload new versions of documents after they have been updated, which happens quite often for us. When stock material or collateral is outdated, we go in and update them and then upload them under the previous file, which is awesome because we then don't have to go back and expire the old version. This avoids potential confusion about which versions to use, etc. ### 12. We require all users to read and agree to an end user license agreement and are able to track both the user and how the assets are being used. They are so efficient with help requests, emails, and questions. From our on-boarding process to today, their service has been amazing. The platform has made our lives so much easier. Our assets are now organized and easily accessible across all the teams that utilizes the DAM. Teams are working more efficiently and producing higher quality products now that they have access to all of our assets. Portals - these have been our favorite feature. We use them for everything from brand portals, client portals, team portals and even when working with external vendors.
