The platform has a modern/contemporary design that enhances navigation and reading. We have the ability to tailor workflows to meet unique requirements. Having the functionality to create and customise our own fields makes life easier for us. It integrates seamlessly with a wide range of third-party tools, especially Bullhorn's products we use such as Analytics, Automation and SourceBreaker.

I do appreciate the ability to retain all previous notes from across anyone that makes contact with a talent, client, etc. I also appreciate the integration with services like Sense so that we can appropriately track all communication. I feel like it can be very glitchy. Things just seem to not work properly at times and you have to wait for an update or find a work around. Even when everything else on my computer is operating at regular speed, Bullhorn can be very slow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really appreciate how dependable Bullhorn has been. There are outages from time to time, but they are few and far between. Managing candidate and client information is easier than previous platforms we have used, offering functionality for tracking communication and streamlining recruitment workflows. While there aren't a ton of issues that really need "fixed", the user interface could be more intuitive on several fronts. Features like multiple tabs (e.g. opening two tabs within an order/candidate/etc. profile) or enhanced options for customizing navigation experience would improve the application overall. The system is user friendly and easy to use. There are lots of market place partners with Bullhorn who offer additional technology which you can easily integrate, so you can build a robust and effective tech stack. While Bullhorn has many great features, we’ve found that the timesheet functionality in BBO is a bit limited and not very customizable. Clients also can’t pull many timesheet reports. I like that Bullhorn tracks my metrics in the Analytics tab. The analytics tab is slow to update, but is still very helpful in reviewing my activity easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Bullhorn has the potential to be a great tool; however, it is too slow and crashes at least 1-4 times a week. It commonly takes hours for the Analytics tab to update, making it hard to accurately track my productivity. In this day in age, it is unacceptable for a business tool to fail as often as Bullhorn does. Bullhorn also lacks simple features that allow users more flexibility in their use, like mapping tearsheets or creating tearsheets from analytics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have been using Bullhorn since July and we have found the entire experience world class. From the first interaction with our brilliant Account Manager to go-live, it was a seamless process. The system is easy to use with excellent Marketplace partner integrations, not to mention how much value both Analytics and Automation add to the core system. The customer support is truly excellent too. As a customer of Bullhorn, you definitely feel part of a wider community and they are constantly innovating which is great.
