The ability to measure not only role fit, but also Cultural affinity has been the most important for me. It's great to do this for new hires (allows us to selectively strengthen the culture of specific teams), but more importantly we were able to map the whole company and run targeted actions for Cultural alignment. The most useeful feature for me is how they help measure cultural fit. Usually this is (sadly) a gut feeeling for most companies to get, but with Bryq we are able to measure that with data, and back it up in our interviews.
