Minimizes the time of recruitment process, provides insights about each candidate strength and weakness, and propose an interview guide tailormade to individual's profile. All of these integrated easily with the company's ATS and also are accessible for the Hiring team.
Needless to say, that the candidate's insights are tailormade to the company's unique values, which are defined with Bryq's help.

The ability to measure not only role fit, but also Cultural affinity has been the most important for me. It's great to do this for new hires (allows us to selectively strengthen the culture of specific teams), but more importantly we were able to map the whole company and run targeted actions for Cultural alignment. The most useeful feature for me is how they help measure cultural fit. Usually this is (sadly) a gut feeeling for most companies to get, but with Bryq we are able to measure that with data, and back it up in our interviews. With personality and cognitive tests you have to be careful and always evaluate case by case. A candidate might take the test while they are not feeling well, and that can impact the results for instance for the cognitive scores. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
