Bryq is incredibly easy to use! It's AI is able to quickly and easily create a psychometric benchmark based on your job descriptions. The results can be tweaked or customized to ensure your benchmark emphasizes certain values and factors i.e. emphasizing safety mindset.
Great amount of integration with various ATS including Lever which makes it super quick and simple to create and enroll candidates.
From a hiring perspective, the insights per candidate, their tendencies and areas of concern are addressed through thoughtful and insightful recommended helper questions to assist interviewers with digging deeper into the candidate's personality. Our interviewers value the relevancy of the questions and Bryq's explanation for why that question is being recommended and the meaning/leading indication behind their answers. No major issues at all! Overall the platform is very solid and meets all of our needs from an ease of use, efficacy and relevancy standpoint. The integration was relatively easy to setup once we exposed our ATS API.
My only complaint is that when creating a new assessment, you would need to submit the job description for AI processing before the platform informs you it has already been created. Ideally, once you select a job that has an assessment, Bryq would tell you so you don't go through the trouble of trying to create a new assessment.
