Brex has been one of the most user friendly platforms I have ever used and I am in Brex daily. They have made it simple and easy to set up user and deactivate them. The accounting tab is pretty straightforward for coding all expenses and the approval inbox is also straightforward. Users are able to order a card and use that card for all travel as long as they accept mastercard. It's also easy to book travel through Brex and many options are given. I also love how it shows when you are booking travel if it is an out of policy expense so employees are more conscious of their decision making when booking a flight or hotel. Receipts are easy to upload through the Brex app and the suggestions the app gives for the memo are pretty spot on as well making it easy on the users to stay in compliance. The Brex team also helps us out a lot and takes our feedback very seriously which I apprecaite. We've had some integration issues with Sage which has caused us to do some manual work instead of being able to upload transactions directly into Sage. I believe Brex is working on a solution or will be working on a solution to get this fixed other than that not much to complain about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like most about brex is how simple they make it to use. I use it anywhere I shop for work and its accepted anywhere that takes master card. All I have to do is keep the reciept, and upload it to the app, which uses your camera on your smart phone to take the pic. after that you just leave a quick memo about whatever it is that you bought and uploaded the reciept for. It even gives you suggested memos to use, so all you have to do is pretty much click once, and get back to work. I also appreciate the reibursement section of the app, just in case I end up spending my own money for whatever reason, just submit a reciept for review, and they'll get the money transfered directly to your bank account, easy peasy. The SMS text facility which enables one to input a memo moments after a purchase, and send it to Brex via a text is also super helpful.

Brex autopopulates the receipt field, by creating a receipt for you, for many expenses for companies that are either linked to Brex or if the receipt is somehow obvious from metadata that was sent to Brex from a vendor. This is super helpful.

The 'trust this device for 30 days' checkbox doesn't work on my Mac in google chrome anyway, so I have to log back in with username and password a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The quick answer I received from the Customer Service was amazing, quite different that the other bank experience I had. I would have liked to talk with Customer Service on site when I had the issue to address the issue to my merchant/business. However, I did it, I wrote an email to the merchant/business to inform that the issue was theirs. Thanks to the feedback and support Brex provided me. It is seamless to use Brex's app and website to see, edit and submit expenses. We made credit limit adjustments within minutes as well which means we can run our day to day operations seamlessly. When we've reached out for help, it's quick and efficient. While I absolutely love Brex, there are a few areas that could be improved. The platform’s focus on startups and high-growth companies means its underwriting criteria might exclude smaller or less-funded businesses. I also find the lack of dedicated customer support or live assistance challenging when issues arise.

I currently use Brex With five different startups at varying stages of growth. At this point, I couldn't even imagine any other banking relationship. Brex has made it so easy and beneficial for all of the entities.

With its growth has come a lot of new functionality which complicates the platform. But it's manageable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Brex has tools, products, and features that no other financial institution is able to match. They offer free incoming and outgoing wire transfers and ACH transfers, something that the big banks charge hundreds of dollars per year to send and receive. In addition to that, they have a treasury account that pays an enourmous yield on the funds you maintain. The ability to send and recieve your transfers is seamless and incredible. You can do it from your phone on the Brex app or on the computer. Getting set up with Brex is also super easy, it took me less than a day when I started my business to get it up and running. Customer support is the best I've ever experienced: from regular check-ins with their software developers, to stopping payments, they are fast, easy to work with, and provide real world help. I log in to the Brex app at least once a day to check balances, send payments, invoice vendors and partners, etc... Once you try Brex you won't want to use any other financial institution. The last thing I want to mention is integration with other banks, there are only a couple I've had problems linking, but it's always because the other bank doesn't have the software or capability. The only shortcoming that Brex has, is the lack of physical checks. While antiquated and outdated, checks can still be a big part of business dealings. I get $10,000 - $100,000 in wire transfers from title companies every month, occasionally, I get paper checks instead. When I used Bluevine, they recognized these as normal and customary, and made the entire balance of the checks available immediately. I've only deposited two checks with Brex, but both had very long holds placed on them. I would appreciate certified funds check from title companies, not having any holds placed on them, as it can impact payroll and bill management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the app and text messages it sends me. It makes expenses effortless and easy. I know exactly what is required for each expense with an easy to do list on the app. My company has different requirements for different amounts - less for small amounts and more for larger ones.
