What do you like best about BoostUp.ai?

The interface is very clean and it definitely saves me time when updating my pipeline. While some of the AI scoring could be more transparent, the "engagement score" gives my managers a sense of identifying gaps in a deal and leads to better transparency. I like how the AI works in the background to improve the opp scoring functionality over time. Deal attributes like number of meetings needed to correlate with a higher close rate, allow me to work towards certain goals. In turn, this improves the engagement score on the opp which usually leads to a higher likelihood of the deal closing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoostUp.ai?

Certain fields are locked in boost up that I must manage in Salesforce. Competing against and total value of the deal are two examples. This may be an issue specific to my org, but that kind of defeats the purpose of solely managing opps in boost up. Certain syncing issues occur when it comes to importing the data from SFDC, but this has improved with time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering BoostUp.ai:

For teams that are struggling to keep an organized pipeline in Salesforce, I'd recommend you check out BoostUp. While the opportunity scoring could use a bit of improvement, it is a good way to at a glance see certain opps that may be at risk or are in good shape. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BoostUp.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest benefit for me is time savings. Also, my pipeline is cleaner and more transparent leading to more effective forecast meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's hard to answer this question as there are a number of features I really like. If I had to pick one it's the Engagement score. At a glance, I can spot the deals that are healthy and those that need more attention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As with anything it is only as good as the data you put in. So, if you have any gaps in your communication with customers BoostUp is unfortunately not psychic so will miss those data points if they occur. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
