There is a certain element of customer success that is not quantifiable- the conversation between customer and company and it's general sentiment. I'm happy that BoostUp has come along and done this, it helps managers sleep easier knowing which of their accounts have churn risk and which don't. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I had the opportunity to review BoostUp.AI from a Third-Party Risk Management perspective. After reviewing vendors daily, it was refreshing to work with Amit, CTO of BoostUp. He was as quick as I am to return emails, schedule calls, and provide details above what is required to ensure from a Security perspective things were transparent, well documented, and timely. As a Security professional, I know how hard it can be to do this for your clients and I appreciate how we were able to get things done and signed off. It is clear BoostUp takes security seriously and wants to ensure their B2B clients are not only safe but delighted. While this is not software I use in my day to day work, it is refreshing to work with other Tech companies and teams that provide the level of service I do and is willing to go the extra mile to prove what they say in actions and outside attestations. Ability to have to have the entire team create their forecast based on deals they are expecting to close and stretch for the qtr or what they need to solve for. From a manager perspective, there's a lot of valuable data! And there are a lot of useful tools too really deep dive into a rep's pipeline including activity. But some of the way it's surfaced isn't easily digestible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Boostup provides amazing insight into opportunities and the current state of the pipeline through their integration with our email & telephony software providers. I love how I'm able to view current and future quarters, as well as the different forecast calls across each IC, regional director, and VP level.
I also love the artificial intelligence used to analyze each individual deal. The ability to track pipeline movement is also insanely useful and saves me a lot of time where in the past I'd have to run exports and excel pivots to get the data I need to report on the current forecast and pipeline coverage.
