I am unable to see the Renewal Opportunity discussions, there is no BoostUp platform for them. The BoostUp link from the Salesforce Opp is not available anymore Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It would be nice to have a little more seamless switch between the Forecast, Pipeline and Account views.

Also, we are not able to add the fields we need from Salesforce to BoostUp ourselves, instead we have to make a request for this to be added. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Pipeline analysis and forecasting trends allow for a view into activities around Opportunities that are in the pipeline–managers are able to have a meaningful discussion about the progress and interactions their Reps are having with their prospects to insure that the Opportunity is moving through the pipeline and is on track to 'Closed Won.' What problems is BoostUp.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

Opening 20+ tabs in SFDC to update your pipeline and getting errors saving half the time is extremely frustrating and just overall not an efficient use of an Account Executive's time. The risk/engagement scores can provide an honest opinion of how cold a prospect has gotten (how dead the deal is) and when its time to get creative in pushing things forward.
