What do you like best about BoostUp.ai?

Adaptability and customization of the platform to our needs. BoostUp displays the data in a very meaningful way for our sales teams. It creates clarity and alignment across all segments. From forecasting to the progression of a sales cycle. Pulling in out email and CRM data to create this marriage of data is exactly what we needed. What do you dislike about BoostUp.ai?

Lack of documentation and process given the startup environment... but thats ok because the team worked to help us! Although this is something I didn't like... BoostUp really helped us close this gap. Through regular meetings and a tight account management process any gap we identified was quickly addressed. Partnerships are like a marriage... its about how you respond from the downs that bring you back up! BoostUp is a great partner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Reducing silos and enabling our sales teams. Taking fragmented data across the org and displaying it in a meaningful way for the teams. We also solved the forecasting challenges as this allows for a better and more comprehensive view of forecasting. Allowing us to understand trends and gaps within the business. At first, navigating the different columns and learning differences between Roll Ups etc when submitting forecast, doesn't always integrate with SF and have to go back in, clicking back and forth between SF and Boost, lots of clicks at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Once a high degree of customization is desired things can get quite tricky. This is true of all systems, of course and the Boostup team is excellent at helping us Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
