The ability to get a deep dive into forecasting with rollups from my reps is extremely beneficial & better than any salesforce report or dashboard available. The tool makes it very quick and easy to update key fields on opportunities with the ability to visualize opportunity data in many beneficial ways. I like the ability to customize my forecast rollup, add in notes, and key fields. The ability to get insights into opportunities to understand prospect engagement, next steps, and communication is key when digging into the forecast and what actions reps can take to progress the sales cycle. I dislike the clunkiness of the forecasting module as there are sometimes issues with syncing data from salesforce. It is somewhat difficult to make edits to forecast as they don't always sync across different SKUs or key required fields. This might have to do with how our org has set up what is required with a forecast as our setup is relatively complex. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
BoostUp is such an easy, convenient tool to use for weekly, quarterly, and future forecasting. It ties directly into Salesforce and gives me and my leadership great insight into all of the deals in my pipeline. It points out areas where a deal may slip. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I honestly don't have much to say in a negative light. It is a much better tool than any other in the market. If I had to say something I dislike...it would be that my manager has complete visibility into my pipeline at all times. lol. You can't get away with slacking off. BoostUp provides a clear view into your team's forecast and pipeline with zero distractions (i.e. the UI focuses on the things that matter). The inline editing saves time updating SFDC, the engagement risk score provides valuable insight, and the customer support is very responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are many fields in our CRM that I wish I could access and edit in BoostUp (e.g. opportunity landscape, POC, MEDDPICC fields, etc.). Some tools like ScratchPad allow you to create customized sets of CRM fields that you can easily navigate and modify as needed. It would also help to be able to call contacts straight from BoostUp.
