The automatic reports both to monitor my direct reports activity and to work with the Top Management

Simplicity of usage

I never used other tools (Tableau and co) so im not able to compare Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoostUp.ai?

My team don't connect to sfdc anymore which impacts data quality and on customer base and impacts our acquisition strategy

It was hard to speak a common language within the organization before boostup now it's far more easier

What do you dislike about BoostUp.ai?

While the data engine is incredibly strong, it's still early in their product lifestyle. However, the team has been great to work with and has made a lot of custom configurations for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering BoostUp.ai:

If you are a revenue leader, I highly recommend leveraging their insights to see (and prevent) smoke before the fire. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BoostUp.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

Has helped with 3 main problems:

1) Time prioritization - Helping the entire GTM org prioritize their time and efforts.

2) Forecasting - Streamlined the forecasting process to remove the manual spreadsheet work.

3) Coaching - Changed the dialogue of deal reviews (from IC to Management) to focus on engagement risk rather than other vanity metrics.

All of the above ultimately has helped with aligning all the GTM teams to focus on mitigating risk during the journey of the customer from first outreach to the renewal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1) The ability to see the most recent communication 2) the ability to analyze health based on positive/negative indicators with a score 3) the ability to change close dates, stages from BoostUp that then get auto-updated in SFDC. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BoostUp.ai?

I like the UI/UX and how easy it is to submit and understand my current pipeline. It integrated super well with salesforce making it a great place to understand what I have going on AND the things I need to make sure to focus on to close deals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoostUp.ai?

Not much, I honestly love the tool. I would like to be able to update the Next Step due date from the opportunities page but I think that is getting a bit nit-picky. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BoostUp.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problem of the rough UI of salesforce getting in the way of being on top of deals and being able to share that progress with my manager. With BoostUp my manager and I can open it up and easily speak through what is going on and what needs to be done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BoostUp.ai?

- Great user interface to review opportunities and their progress through the funnel

- We have not gotten into the machine learning / AI predictions as much as we would like, but it looks like a good feature

- We moved from Clari and this is a much better experience for RevOps and the sales users.

- There could be some more visibility on the admin side of the controls for user activity data; they have added some domains to a blacklist to ensure sensitive emails do not make it into Boostup but I can't see that without reaching out to support / success team Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BoostUp.ai?

You don't have to click and go from opp to opp inside CRM to update comments, close dates, it gives you a summary of all your pipeline that you can update from that central screen, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would maybe add more data visualisation or graphics on pipeline progress . Also, not all the fields that you wish you could amend from the central dashboard are updatable. meaning that you still need to login to SFDC to make the change. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As an Ae managing a large pipeline, I love how I can review previous meetings and BoostUp identifies key areas of focus without having to re-watch the entire recording. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoostUp.ai?

It would be helpful if BoostUp could notify me when the engagement risk changes. Ie. Receive an email when account moves from low risk to high risk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BoostUp.ai?

I really like the ability BoostUp gives me to track, manage and forecast my opportunities. Its sync with Salesforce makes it so I rarely need to go on the opportunity object to make the changes I need to make. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
